Very nice apartment in a new and quiet residence for 4 people with air conditioning and wifi team with a view facing the sea including a room with a fully equipped kitchen area a lounge area with a sofa bed a dining area with a 82 cm lcd television mural, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a toilet, a beautiful terrace with a garden furniture overlooking a beautiful view. A private garage is for you. It is located close to shops and the city center and only 300m from the beach. You can access it by a private road from the residence.

Tout était parfait : l’accueil soigné , le confort de l’appartement, le balcon formidablement exposé, parking en sous-sol très pratique. Quelques pas suffisent pour atteindre la place Paoli gentillement animée, et la très belle plage. Bref, un excellent point de départ pour visiter la Balagne !

Appartement situé au 2eme etage avec ascenseur dans une résidence très bien entretenue. L appartement est bien équipé, tres proche du centre de l Ile Rousse grâce au chemin privé de la résidence. L environnement est très calme. La terrasse est agréable et le box privatif en sous sol est un plus. Très bons contacts et accueil des propriétaires. Je recommande et je reviendrai avec plaisir.
