Perfect location, 1 mile walk to Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Restaurant and a North South lot. Which means “NO blaring sun in your face backyard”. If shopping for other rentals, ask which way the backyard faces. Enjoy 20 saguaros and native barrel cactus. Speaking of backyard, lot’s of fun, walled all sides, tree shower, two waterfalls, Kamado bbq, wood pit bbq, Teak root sink, 6 person, double half log glider, upholstery sofa console and hot tub.
Center entry, to seclude, gated courtyard in New Orleans 12’ X 15’ with gas flame below metal, wall art, a round pot in center of circular rock garden with dry or wet waterfall feature and over head led string patio lights. Wow - what an entry!
Inside —— NO carpet, only beautiful travertine and engineer Brazialian flooring. Southwest colors, with leather and reclaimed Teak rustic furniture. Super beautiful and yes, too expensive for a “rental”. Tip, buy the damage insurance, just in case.
Separate wing Office with iMac, printer/scanner,. Living room has Siri HomePod,. Living room, Den, Office 3 tv, including 3D tv, and 75” UHD with Dolby Atmos surround sound.
Want to some cooking in fully stocked appliance kitchen with all the tools. Unique quartz countertops, Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee, Samsung double door refrigerator with center drawer and large freezer drawer for 1 degree cold beer. More,—— a cast iron wok & Dutch oven, gas stove, three sizes of Paella pans for fun parties. Other cooking toys are, vegetable spiralizer, InstaPot, Yonanas, Toaster, Electric Tea kettle, French press for tea or coffee, Nutribullet Blender. & Smoothie maker, Microwave Steamer, Sana 727 Cold Press juicer, Zohrushi Rice cooker, Zihrushi electric griddle / pot for Shabu Shabu, and all the tools necessary for oysters, lobster and crab. Party On!

Very nice and quiet area

We stayed due to closing on our house and needing somewhere while we went through a very stressful move. This was a blessing and we were able to rest and relax until we moved into our remodeled home.

The home is unique and comfortable with a whimsical back yard. The neighborhood amenities are wonderful. Jerry and Sombat were enjoyable to work with. John and I would recommend this experience.

Everything you could possibly need!

I spent several months in this lovely home in Buckeye Arizona and found it had everything I could possibly need. Can't think of a single thing I would change and would definitely stay there again. The owners were super easy to work with and the privacy the yard and beautiful gardens offered was a nice bonus! Thank you!

Adventure House

We (2 adults plus a dog) stayed at Festival Ranch January - March of 2022. It's a lovely home in a newer development. The house has lots of amenities and custom furniture, inside and out. In fact, the large back yard is an adventure to itself with hot tub, fountains, lots of custom lighting, even an outdoor shower built out of hollowed out one-half of a tree trunk. Also has grills and a wok type stove. And perhaps above all are the lovely gardens. Owner is responsive and wonderful to work with. If there's one negative the entire development is in a remote location and for most supplies, restaurants, and other activities, one must drive 15 miles plus each way. But, if you can live with the remoteness, you can't go wrong staying in this adventure house! We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic Stay at Festival Ranch

This was a wonderful property. Jerry was very responsive to our questions and provided us with recommendations of what to do and where to go prior to our arrival. My only recommendation would be to develop a notebook that contained information about the location of the rec center, dog park, etc., a tutorial on some of the electronics for some of us less tech savvy guests (e.g., instructions for Siri, Alexa, Apple remotes, how to navigate to local/live channels on the TV, programming the thermostat, etc.), and include a summary of the check-out process.

Nice clean beautiful house

Everything was great. Had everything we needed. Owner very nice! Offered us extra days at no charge, but we had to go home. AZ is a beautiful state. House was very clean and as advertized. Highly recommend this rental!

Overall experience was good! The house is well equipped with most things needed. The backyard is filled with flowers and other visual features that make it fun to spend time there. Suggest visitors bring their own beach towels.

All the comforts of home!

We had the pleasure of renting this home for 2 ½ months while our new home was being built (in the same neighborhood which was a huge bonus). Everything that was advertised was spot on. Home was well appointed, appliances like new, no plumbing or mechanical issues. A/C worked like a charm which was very important in the Arizona heat. The wood floors in the bedrooms were stunning! All the amenities you could ask for in a rental. On a cul-de-sac street. Very quiet and the neighbors were super friendly in this 55+ community. Backyard was huge and fenced in. Our small dog found plenty of places to explore. Jerry was super easy to deal with, very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. Although we had no issues, he always kept in touch. During emails, we discovered that we had a lot in common as he lived in the same town in Texas as we did. Small world. If you’re in need of a rental, I highly recommend this home. You won’t find a better place or a better landlord.

What makes this property unique

It’s a backyard party place with outdoor shower inside a tree, next to the Hottub. Party On; and take lot’s of pictures. And do some cooking on the Kamodo. - Take more pictures!
North South facing yard is perfect for the AZ weather. West facing is brutal. And the backyard is concrete walled, perfect if you have a pet.
