Just steps from the Crow's Nest and summer afternoon BBQ parties, bring your volleyball and hit the sand courts in one of the more popular spots to play in town.

For ocean enthusiasts, kayak, paddle board, and charter boat rentals - including scenic ocean tours on the Chardonnay II are all steps away from the Harbor House and could not be more convenient.

Park your car, and walk everywhere from this incredible location. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is about a 15 minute walk. Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings is a 10 minute walk. Many restaurants, coffee shops, retail and boutique shops are easily waking distance from the Harbor House.

The house is light, bright and airy. A modest but well-equipped kitchen shares space with the dining and living areas and opens up to an elevated deck with patio seating that is all about the beach view. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and opens up to the backyard. The master bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with a second bedroom with two twin beds. The third bedroom also features two twin beds.

Lots of love and the memories were made in this family's beach cottage, and now is the time to make some of your own!

Additional Pet fees do apply, per pet. Dogs must not exceed 45lbs and must be more than 1 year old. If you feel your situation regarding your pet warrants reconsideration of these guidelines, please contact the Beachnest office.

Summer beach trip

I stayed here with my family and my parents. The house is cozy and well-maintained. The location is just across from the beach and is unbeatable. I hope to come back again in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Weekend by the ocean

The location was perfect for taking little ones to the beach. All we had to do was cross the street! The accommodations were perfect for an extended family. We had a great time.

Exceptional location and value

This property is located across the street from the beach, and several retail shops. Despite COVID, we had an amazing time social distancing on the beach and ordering delivery/take out from some of our favorite local spots. Overall this was the perfect spot for our ad hoc holiday getaway.
