Jàvea puerto: quiet and comfortable apartment

We just bought an apartment that we offer, unable to enjoy full time.
Located in a quiet urbanization 2 steps from the heart of the port. Everything can be done on foot and free parking is possible nearby. It will allow you to discover the atmosphere of the port (beach, bars, restaurants, shops), while being in a perfect calm. We are improving it as we go along with your wellbeing and yours.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 2 bathrooms, one en suite, a living room, and most importantly, a terrace with bay windows, beautiful living room all year, overlooking the Rio. With garden and communal pool, roof terrace, children's playground nearby.
The residence is very quiet, mostly occupied by elderly residents. Thank you to respect the tranquility.
Our correspondent will welcome you and will remain reachable on the phone throughout your stay.
You will find on the spot the necessary linen as well as the documentation to discover the marvelous bay of Jàvea which we are in love for forty years.

This was our fourth stay in this beautiful apartment. For us it is the best - the location and comfort are simply great. This year another upgrade with a fabulous new bathroom. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, as is Gosia who is on hand if you need anything. Another lovely holiday.

Lovely apartment

This was our second stay here. As before, we had a very relaxing holiday. For us, this apartment cannot be beaten for comfort and location. The hosts are fantastic to deal with as is Gosia who looks after the apartment. We will return!

Excellent apartment

We have been holidaying in Jávea for many years, and for us this is the best apartment. It is in a great location, and is the most comfortable, the most well equipped and maintained and the cleanest, by a long way. The hosts are fantastic as is Gosia who is there to help with anything you might need. This was our third time staying in this lovely apartment in three years, Which says it all!

Lovely apartment and location

We had a very enjoyable holiday in this beautiful apartment. It is very conveniently located very close to the Port, but still very peaceful. Javea old town and the Arenal beach area are easy together to on foot, by car, bus or the summer trolley bus which goes between all three areas. The urbanisation is lovely, very established and with gardens and pool very well kept. We loved the apartment, which is very spacious compared to others we have stayed in. The terrace is a lovely place to relax and sit or eat. The apartment is very clean, very comfortable and extremely well equipped - Pierre and Mireille have thought of absolutely everything. They answered any questions we had promptly, and Gosia (who is there to meet you) is super. We will return.

Excelente estancia en Javea, gran alojamiento, como en casa!

Amplio apartamento, luminoso y perfectamente equipado, no le faltaba de nada, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, y perfecta distribución, con amplia terraza y espacioso salon. Todo limpio y ordenado, al detalle. Muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos andando de la playa de la Grava, en una zona tranquila. A 5 minutos en coche del Arenal. El propietario totalmente accesible y amable. Para repetir!

Una estancia perfecta.

La casa es fenomenal, no le falta detalle. Tiene todo lo necesario. La terraza, nuestro lugar favorito de la casa. Es igual a las fotos. La ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de la playa, la piscina muy tranquila. Gosia, q nos recibió allí, es un encanto, muy amable y atenta. Sin duda, repetiremos. Gracias. Un saludo.

Estancia en el puerto de Jávea

Nos ha encantado la casa de Jardines del Sol 2. Hemos estado muy a gusto por el espacio y las instalaciones; la terraza es estupenda , la cocina muy bien equipada . El único comentario negativo es que la televisión no tiene todos los canales españoles . Muy bien la persona que nos ha recibido y atendido allí, Sra Gosia . Muchas gracias .

A wonderful apartment in a stunning development

We have been coming to Javea on holiday for many years now and can honestly say this has been one of the most enjoyable trips we have ever made. From the moment we booked this apartment our contact with the owners, Pierre & Mireille was excellent and they did all they could to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself is spacious and incredibly comfortable with everything you need to make your holiday an enjoyable experience. The gardens and pool area are private and very well kept and the apartment is only a few minutes walk to the Port with all its amenities. We will definitely be booking again.
