The apartment is located in the heart of a wooded and secured residence with caretaker, next to the villa strassburger.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and its area is 40 sqm.

The dining room gives access to a large balcony overlooking the Yearlings.
The racecourse is 1 km from the beach. The station is within walking distance in 20 minutes, the city center in 15 minutes and the cinema in 10 minutes, the beach in 10 minutes. A private parking space is available in the residence next to the apartment.

The residence gives you access to the pool and jaccuzi located in front of the apartment from 9am to 8pm every day.

La résidence est très bien localisée, sécurisée et calme. L'appartement est propre, confortable et bien équipé.La propriétaire a été agréable et joignable pour répondre à nos questions.Nous avons pu récupérer les clefs du logement sans souci auprès du gardien en son absence mais malheureusement pas le badge d'accès à la piscine.Dommage de ne pas pouvoir bénéficier de l'ensemble des prestations proposées.

Location idéale

Extrêmement bien situé, cet appartement offre tout le confort et une très belle vue au sein d'une résidence calme et agréable, avec une piscine couverte bienvenue lorsque le temps normand n'est pas au beau fixe. De plus, la propriétaire est charmante et facilement joignable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Cette réservation a été faite pour une personne qui avait besoin d'être au calme et se reposer. Pour cela que l'entre saison semblait idéale. Malheureusement des le premier jour, des travaux débutaient dans l'appartement voisin, disqueuse, perceuse, marteaux, etc... Pour rassurer la propriétaire annonce que ça ne durerait que trois jours, en fait il y en a eu pour neuf jours. Aucun geste commercial pour le désagrément. Rien. Et l'appartement n'est pas donné rapport à la prestation. Gardien un peu envahissant, il a fallu le recadrer.

Ma compagne et moi avons passé un séjour des plus agréables dans ce logement. La gare, la plage, les activités et différentes commodités sont tous à maxi 15 min du logement et de plus le paysage est magnifique. Je recommande fortement.

bel appartement avec co bien situé par rapport au centre ville et plage piscine couverte et chauffee

super wé bel appart dans un beau domaiine voir plus haut gardien agréable et disponible dommage que le linge maison soit pas fourni et surtout grosse proximité avec les écuries de chevaux et son important bruit très tôt le matin 6h et en fin d après midi !!!! ça gache un peu les vacances ...

Belle résidence très arborée et entretenue. Appartement décoré avec goût, très propre et bien équipé. Belle piscine couverte avec jacuzzi, seul bémol piscine un peu fraîche le 1er jour mais très bien les 2 autres jours. Je recommande cet endroit.
