Appartement bien équipé, bien chauffé, garage très pratique. Champeix est un bourg agréable et dynamique (commerces, restaurants, cafés...) et l'hôte est à la hauteur de la réputation exprimée par les précédents occupants.

Schöne kleine Wohnung für 2 Personen
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Champeix, einem kleinen Ort südlich von Clermont-Ferrand. Bäcker in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein gut sortierter Supermarkt in drei Minuten mit dem Auto.Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht groß (für drei Personen würde ich sie nicht empfehlen), aber sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sogar mit einer Waschmaschine. Die Garage ist sehr praktisch.Bei unserem Besuch waren die Vermieter im Urlaub, aber Schlüsselübergabe (per Schlüsseltresor) und Kommunikation per Mail klappte hervorragend.

Très belle rénovation que cet appartement où tout est prévu. Rien ne manque ! Idéalement situé, proche de tous commerces, le point fort reste incontestablement LE garage.
Sans oublier la petite cafetière "Dolce Gusto" 😋

Belle appartement fonctionnel dans un village de caractère
L'appartement est décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et au centre du village de Champeix avec tous les commerces à pieds à 2 minutes.
Nous étions 4 et nous nous sommes senti à l'aise avec une cuisine bien équipé, un canapé-lit pratique, une belle chambre, une SDB avec lavante-séchante, internet,etc...
vous avez accès à un garage fermé en bas (trés pratique en hiver et également car la rue a peu de parking) et le propriétaire est très agréable et à votre écoute.
La proximité de Super Besse, les ballades dans le village, les commerces sont autant de plus. A découvrir
