Perfect for your privacy or to enjoy with groups. 5 acres of private property. Quiet and peaceful, in the beautiful Cozumel jungle. Located in Mariposa Estates, just off the coastal road, 15 minute walk to the ocean. (Turn off on coastal road is directly across from Playa Mia)

Come and enjoy nature. This will be a unique experience away from the bustle of town. Beautiful stargazing!

4 individual sleeping cabins for restful quiet, shared living/dining/kitchen for gathering, two bathrooms. Shared living space also has two futons that can sleep additional guests.

Enjoy a natural experience with birds, geckos, plants and small wildlife. A new way to see the beautiful Cozumel Island.

This is a unique Cozumel experience in a neighborhood with private homes. Perfect for families, groups or divers.

Perfect

This was the perfect place to enjoy what life in Cozumel has to offer. The property is peaceful, the host is available and responsive, the location is safe and right in the middle of anything you could want to do. 15 minutes to the right of pulling out of the neighborhood is downtown and the ferry, 15 minutes to the left of pulling out are the virgin beaches with open waters of the Atlantic. We will book here again. Thank you so much for the island hospitality!!

Family Vacation

We had 10 days of family vacation here. The pictures and few description do not do this place justice. It is so much better than described. There were 6 of us and everyone had more than enough space to spread out without tripping over each other. The bedrooms/cabins were excellent, bathroom were great, this was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at. Plenty of cookware, dishes, seasonings etc. the gas stove was a great touch. We loved having supper outside on the patio and enjoyed the pool and privacy. The sounds of the birds signing and had a coaty visitor each evening. Cristina was super helpful and easy to get in contact with. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

One of the best places on Cozumel!

This is a dream property if you enjoy seclusion, your own pool and are okay with not being on the water but a short drive away. This was one of our best vacations ever in Mexico and we sure loved this property and hole to stay again in the future!

Let us show you how to experience Cozumel in a new way. Only steps from many of the best beaches in Cozumel. We are Minnesota natives, currently residing in Northern Suburb of Minneapolis. Our neighbor, Cristina Roman, is ha Mexican, she speaks fluent English and lives down the road from the property, she helps co-host and will help you with all your needs while you stay at our private property.

Why they chose this property

A resort feel. Each bedroom is it's own mini house. When your group wants to wake early or stay up late, you have complete control to have your peace while others stay up or get up. The main house, bathrooms and ourdoor living area are shared space, but your bedroom is a private oasis for rest. A private pool for you and your guests to cool off during the day.

Recommend you have a car while staying at this property. Buy groceries and beverages on your way in from the airport. Cook in your own kitchen. Drive a short distance to a new beach everyday, and enjoy the scenic "wild side" of Cozumel.
