We had a wonderful stay at Karina’s property. The place itself was extremely comfortable, with all of the amenities required for either a short or long stay. We were there for an entire month and had everything we needed. The place is very clean with a beautiful little lanai in front. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk around. The location was perfect—close to beaches, Gulfport, and within walking distance of major supermarkets.

Perfect Piece of Paradise

This place was the perfect piece of paradise, only 10 minutes from paradise! Super clean, had all of the things we needed for our stay, and the complimentary items were much appreciated. I loved how close we were from the beach and other places like grocery stores and the highway. I would stay here again.

Great little place

We really enjoyed staying at the Fat Flamingo house. The owner Karina was super nice and willing to accommodate all of our needs. The place is very comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again for sure. I highly recommend this place to rent. The price was very reasonable as well.

Cute beach house was exactly as listed and provided us with a nice stay. If this was my first Vrbo rental, I would not book another. Owner required signed lease, IDs to book and then wanted all laundry, including bedding, be by washer at 9am, even tho check out was 11:00. Laundry instructions and parking map were confusing.

The garage has been converted to another unit, and the only thing between is an uninsulated indoor hollow door, so there's very little privacy. The owner also puts a limit on the AC temp, which violates Florida State Law.

Nice location, not too far from everything. Tucked away in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Clean location with personal touches inside and out. Florida house close to beaches

The Flamingo house was perfect for my daughter and me, we were celebrating her college graduation. Comfortable beds in spacious rooms with lots of closet space and tv's if you want to relax before going to bed. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and several ice cube trays as well as a countertop ice maker, handy for our cooler to take to the beach. We used a couple of the beach chairs and an umbrella on several trips to the beach. We did not use kayaks (we had a car so no way to transport) or the bikes. St. Pete's beach is within a couple of miles so quick easy drive. We also drove to Indian Rocks beach to visit friends there, this house was convenient to get where we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood, grocery store close by and a very good breakfast place called Keke's. The lanai in the back and the outdoor seating with grill in the front were great hangout spots. This is a great place to spend time at if you have 1-4 people in your group! There is a lot to do within 20 miles of this great rental!

Very comfortable

We were not here for a vacation. We needed a place to stay while we worked on our condo that was getting remodeled. We would have our breakfast, coffee and shower and leave. We would pack our lunch and take it with us. We would not get back till evening and have dinner, do laundry and go to bed. The Pink Flamingo had everything we needed. The street was quiet and convenient to everything. The home was decorated in a fun style that I enjoyed. The owner was very helpful. The internet went down on Sunday night and she came and fixed it by Monday morning and left us a bottle of Champagne. She was very helpful to us with questions we had about living here. She was great!!

I have a network of people to assist in case of emergency or maintenance issues that may arise. I primarily use electronic locks for guests to check in and out, which provide convenience and ease of check-in. I use every free moment to enjoy paradise life in St Pete Beach. I love to walk the beach, swim, bike, kayak and many other outdoor activities that the beach has to offer. I enjoy drinking wine while watching the sunset in paradise! I can't wait to share my home with you as you relax and take some time away.
