Other Things to Note:
*Please note that it frequently snows in Lake Tahoe in the winter months and as this home is well above lake level on a hill it gets A LOT of snow. If you are renting this home from November through March, please remember that there may be winter driving conditions, and a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires or snow chains for your 2-wheel drive tires might be necessary for safe travel. In the winter, we strongly suggest a truck or SUV with AWD or 4WD and all-terrain tires. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them.
*This is a child-friendly rental, but it is your responsibility to bring all of the necessary equipment for their safety and comfort. We do not provide cupboard locks.
*Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
*This property has a strict NO PETS policy. We have light grey carpeted floors and the homeowners have allergies. Even hypoallergenic dogs are not allowed.
*Please note that there is a ring camera installed at the front door.
*Please note that grills and outdoor furniture are not available during the months of November to April due to snow.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
