In a green setting, with a breathtaking view, the cottage is located in Bay, peaceful hamlet of Passy at 1000 meters above sea level. All amenities are less than 2 km to the plateau of Assy (bakery, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, medical center, bars, restaurants ..).
Many walks from the cottage (chalet Ayères, Varan chalet, Tour des Fiz, lake green, Lake Pormenaz etc ....). Many guides available.

The resort Plaine Joux, nicknamed the paradise for children is a family resort at very affordable price (adult package day: 19 euros).
The chalet is easily accessible from the road, it has a garden of 1000 m2 facing Mont Blanc, 2 balconies, a large terrace with views of Mont Blanc. A Nordic bath, brand Storvatt, in red cedar, in the garden to relax in water at 38 degrees in the winter or cooler in the summer after a day of skiing, or a hike in the mountains.
The interior is cozy, decorated with care, all wood, with a mountain kitchen very well equipped and open to a large living room with a wood stove.
You will find all the necessary comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, underfloor heating, wood stove, plenty of storage space, WI FI, board games.
