About this property

Sea Forever is one of Folly's Best! This 4 bedroom 3 bath condo is located directly on the beach and on the top floor offering a magnificent view! Recently renovated, bedrooms have brand new wood floors and modern furniture throughout the bright airy living space. It has a well equipped kitchen boasting all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and en suite bathroom as well. The third and fourth bedroom share an attached Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You will find another queen bed in the third bedroom and a queen bed in the fourth bedroom. Private parking for two vehicles are included in this rental as well as a full size washer and dryer. You will also be able to enjoy those beautiful beach front views from the balcony off the living room and primary bedroom. Don't forget this property has 2 pools (Open April - Oct).

An elevator is available for this complex. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. This regime does not allow vehicles other than cars on the premises, this includes golf carts, trailers, motorcycles etc. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental: LIC006528. Because of the potential of fraud, we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Great Escape

This is an excellent destination - especially for off-season periods. Beach is excellent (sand is as pristine and rock-free as one could imagine), great for toddlers (very shallow drop-off near shore), yet offers good surfing (as long as you are not hoping for North Shore Hawaii Winter Surf). The residence offers spectacular views, is especially clean and maintained, and all appliances are premium and they work! (We spent a week in a house in Hawaii where the promised W/D did not work; so its not something to take for granted.) Management is local to Folly and very responsive. Way to go Folly's Best Rentals -- this property certainly was.

Great location!

This was pretty spacious for a condo. 7 of us stayed comfortably here. The location and view was the best part. 1 block from the main Folly area and right on the beach. Can't ask for more.
