Perfect little paradise

The most peaceful and relaxing hideaway. Joan has decorated with beautiful antiques and landscaped the yard perfectly. The location is secluded and private yet close to town. Joan’s communication was A. I would consider myself extremely lucky to get to stay here again!

Just wonderful!

This place was one of the very best. It was so cute, well cared for, clean, quiet, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom shower and had everything one needs in the kitchen! Despite alot of rain the pool was so enjoyable on a hot day. There was plenty of wildlife around too. We saw one bear (not too close), daily deer, fox, and even a canadian goose that walked out of the woods one day. It was just minutes away from downtown Woodstock and we could even hear music softly in the distance from the village. Joan was always attentive and responsive to any questions we had. This place was a real gem and we surely would return again.

Woodstock summer stay

We had the most wonderful time at Joan’s house during our two month summer stay. The location is perfect, the yard and pool are amazing, and the house was lovely. We could not have asked for a better experience. Joan was very responsive and we are so appreciative that we were able to have a summer in the Catskills. We hope to come back in the future!

I immediately loved this house when I found it, It has everything I love including a lawn, a pool, and mountain views. My friends love it when I entertain here.

NOTE: I have received a 5- star Super Host status at another short term rental site.

Vaulted ceilings in living room, with four sky-lights ( you can see the stars and the moon thru the skylights. Hard wood floors throughout including kitchen. Large antique dining table with patina. New Quartz countertop in kitchen. Kitchen has everything you need to good your own meals, make your cocktails, sip your wine on the deck.
The ceramic tile, walk -in shower has a full floor to ceiling mirror and glass doors.

What makes this property unique

Town can be exciting and there is excellent food and bars . .but staying at my house is very peaceful. Eating or reading on the deck, gazing at the mountains and the stars is just so nice.
