Renovations Complete! With only a short 5 minute drive to the beach, this location is central to all of the fun in the sun, restaurants, shopping and entertainment that you can ask for! Don't forget to cool off in the pool or just let the kiddo's burn off some steam. There's no doubt you will love to vacation in this home. We are working around the clock to prepare for your arrival and we couldn't be more excited to host you!

🌡️🏊 Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.

We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

🚭 No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.

🎉 No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

🕓 Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

👤 Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

💰Nightly Rate – Based on standard occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit.

📋 Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

📝 Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

🚗 Parking – The driveway fits a max of 4 cars. No street parking (main road).

🐾 PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:
• Pet breed
• Weight
• Age

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.

First Pet
• $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Second Pet
• $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.

RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.

The policy must:
• Cover the entire duration of the reservation
• Provide liability coverage for the pet
• List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
• A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.

Short-term policies are commonly available through providers such as Thimble or NerdWallet.

Looks exactly how it does in the photos, literally les than 5 minute drive from the beach and ocean. Could not have been happier in this house. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Highly recommend!!

House was clean, super close to the beach, plenty of room in the driveway. Beds were decently comfortable + the pool was great! Had a few issues with the door code but was able to get in contact with someone to help us get it resolved in a timely manner. Would recommend to others staying in this area!

Modern and comfortable property

We stayed for NYE 2022, there was tons of space across the three bedrooms. Very close to Publix to stock up supplies and a very ideal launching pad to all the beaches (with a car). Heated pool was a super bonus! Stay here if you have a young family or two vacationing in Tampa area!

Really amazing stay!

We had the best time. The location at this house was great. We planned to do a lot more outside of the house on the weekend but we ended spending most of it there because it was such a great setup for our group. Property managers were easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were quick and easy as well!

Amazing Time

We was in this property for 2nights/3days and my family and I loved it. It was very clean and it looked just like the pictures. It was very relaxing and everything was close by. We had two kids 2-5yrs and we can't wait to go back since is sooo close to the best beaches in FL. Thank you for such a good time.

Overall the stay was nice. The VRBO advertised it slept 14, but with 9 individuals and one couple (11 total), it was full. For younger families where kids can share beds, I can see the 14. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They were very responsive to any requests and never had issues with check-in or access. The heated pool was nice. There seemed to be limited kitchenware (plates, glasses, dishes) for 11 people, would be even less for 14. If we were staying in the area again with a smaller size group, we would rent here again. We were hoping for an early check-in, but they were not able to get cleaned in time from the previous renters.

Overall great stay!

They only gave us half rolls of toilet paper and there were 9 of us in the house, so we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. And of course basic things. They did not provide a lot in that sense. The back yard was a little disappointing. The lights over the deck did not work, landscaping was horrible and cigarettes butts were all over the landscaping. Inside was very clean, beds were great. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful property -- just wished the hot water would have been on

This property is every bit as beautiful as the photos portray. Modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. It does not disappoint. Our only issue was that the hot water was not on -- as in nothing came out of the left/hot water faucets at the sinks and the showers were cold water only. Brrr. We notified the property manager when we got in, but that was late (around 9 pm if memory serves), and we didn't hear back until after we had to take our morning showers. They did give us a discount for the water issue, though only $25. Other than that, though, no complaints.

Family Vacation

This house was a great location for our family vacation and is well maintained. It was clean and beautifully designed. A few things to note though. It was very limited in cooking supplies which made is difficult to cook for our family. Additionally and most frustrating, they provide a “starter pack” of toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. They indicate it is provided to get us through the first night so we do not need to run to the store. However, it does require us to buy more of these items to get through the week. These items aren’t sold in individual quantities so we ended up buying far more than we need and it is a big inconvenience. The host should provide guests enough toilet paper to get through the week and anything beyond that the guest would provide. That is the basis for our 4 star review.

Cute house/good location

Property owners were great with communication. No complaint there. I have notified them of a few things we felt needed to be addressed for future guests. The bathing towels given to us for use were very worn and some were stained with what looked like paint. They were very obvious but still rolled nicely for us to use. Especially now with covid, we chose to go to Walmart and purchase towels to use instead of those provided. We stayed during Thanksgiving so used the oven a lot, but it was quite dirty before use. Most pots and pans were very worn. I know many may eat out most days while on vacation, but we actually prefer to eat at home for some meals and during this covid time we spent more time at the house than not. Water option on fridge came out very slow, so filter may need to be changed. They did have a good starter kit for essentials. Bathrooms both had plenty of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Each sink also had a full bottle of hand soap. Trash bags and dish washing detergent were also included. All of this has been told to owners and they have responded with appreciating the feedback.

Unresponsive customer service

The house has a nice layout, but the host only provides the bare minimums, so you will have to go to the store to buy essentials if you are staying form more than a few days (see other reviews). The house wasn't very clean and most of the furniture needs to be replaced. The internet & living room TV didn't work upon check in on Thursday. I responded to the welcome text with the TV & internet issue, but it is either a 'no reply' text or it was ignored (doesn't say 'no reply'). I finally emailed on Sunday bc I hadn't received a response. I did get a quick response & they sent maintenance out the following day, BUT they didn't address the TV in the living room. They reached out to confirm the internet issue was resolved & I replied, "what about the TV," which they said, "we assume the internet will resolve the TV issue," which it didn't. After multiple texts on Monday evening, they sent maintenance back out on Tuesday & I asked them to "keep me posted." I didn't hear anything all day, but when we returned to the house on Tuesday evening, a new remote control was provided & the TV issue was resolved. There was also a faucet in the 2nd bathroom that wouldn't shut off & required a plumber to fix. Overall, the stay would have been fine if they would have responded to the initial text or even resolved the TV situation on the first visit. We didn't have internet for 4 of the 7 nights and didn't have TV in the living room for 5 of the 7 nights. not a great experience.

Unsafe check-in policy

The first thing to note is that this property is run by a Vacation Rental Group. This means that as a guest you will receive emails from a third party about your booking, not VRBO. I received, what I thought were spam emails, asking for IMAGES of my ID, signature, and credit card. I only found out these were legit emails from the Vacation Rental Company running this property because they didn't share our house code the evening before we left for our trip. I had to spend an hour of my time the day before check-in to re-verify sensitive personal information with the rental company. I want to underscore this all by saying that asking for images of sensitive documents is how you get your identity stolen. Emails are NOT a secure form of sharing documentation such as images of payment methods, or a cardholders ID. The representative I spoke with said they have had an influx of fraudulent bookings with client information, and this is probably why lol Also they hide fees about pets. It's an additional charge for pets, and that fee is NOT included with what you pay for through VRBO. They will send you a link or ask separately for confirmation to charge your card for this. So weird, as I have literally no clue why they wouldn't just include this charge into the VRBO payment. Overall, check-in was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. The manner in which they collect customer information is unsafe and unprofessional. I would never stay with Vacation Rentals of Florida

Would never recommend this home or property management group

Where do I begin. We were locked out of the home with no emergency numbers given to us to get back in, we were only told to go spend more money sleeping at a hotel because we cannot solve this problem for you all. The light and tan do not work in the secondary bedroom, the smoke detector needed batteries, not enough towels for the # of guests, it says it can sleep 14 and by ZERO means can it actually fit 14 people, the foutons are hardly able to be slept on. This experience was terrible with horrible customer service, the property management never answered a single phone call when we asked for assistance. I would never recommend working with vrbo or the property management company associated with this home again.

Family vacay

The size of the space was great, layed out well with adequate furniture. The pool was clean and the right size for 2-3 families. The location was close to Publix grocery and that was handy! The beds were quite worn and uncomfortable. The faucets never ran cold water and had low pressure. The towels were worn and stained from pool use. There were a few light bulbs out and we could have used some extra cookware (baking sheet in particular) Overall: good location, enough room, easy to work with. Would only stay again if mattresses were replaced.
