DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo with 2 private decks. Entire building was remodeled in 2020. This 2nd floor beachfront condo is bright, sleeps 7-8 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, sleeper sofa, 50 inch TV with separate TV's in the master bedroom and other 2 bedrooms. This 4 story building has an elevator so that no negotiating of steps is required. The three bedrooms have a Queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. On-site amenities include two pools, children’s playground, a putting green, picnic tables and barbecue grills for your convenience. Condo has free high speed wireless internet. Best Location in Myrtle Beach

Fabulous location on spectacular Shore Drive located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Shore Drive is away from the mainstream traffic yet only minutes from Grocery Stores, Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and over 100 golf courses. Shopping!!! Shopping!!! Pelican’s Landing is located just a couple of miles from the Tanger’s Outlet Mall. It is also a couple of miles from the mall with the Bass Pro Shop.

This spectacular unit in Pelican’s Landing is located on prestigious Shore Drive. The pool area was recently renovated. The poolside patio has a tanning area with an Outdoor Shower. The unit was recently painted and had a new floor installed in the hall and kitchen. The unit has free long distance phone to the continental United States. Free Wireless Internet.

The condo overlooks both the pool and the beach. The beach is only 15 yards from the pool It is the ultimate in convenience. Nearby activities include: Hard Rock Amusement Park, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, Nascar Race Park, Carolina Opry, Le Grand Cirque, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Plant Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, miniature golf, Water Parks, Tangers Outlet Mall and Movies. It is about a 150 yard walk down the beach to the World Famous ' Ocean Annies ' outdoor oceanfront bar and grill.

Last minute discounts available. Linen rental is available for $ 120. No smoking is permitted in condo. Smoking is permitted on outdoor decks. No Pets.

Location in our opinion is a good area to stay in ,with convenience to restaurants , entertainment , ocean front and a pool.Condo needs some TLC , dry sink nor mini fridge not working .Would like a more secure entrance to condo.

Wendy, that is the beauty of a condo on Shore Drive. You are close to the restaurants, stores and outlets. However, this oceanfront drive is a culdesac so you do not have nearly as much traffic.
