Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a huge screened in lanai with breathtaking views of the Bay, Gulf and Island - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea air. The beautifully designed, eat in kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Modern appliances compliment the custom cabinetry and granite countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The Master Bath has double sinks with an expansive vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower. The Guest Bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a Queen sized bed and its own TV. Directly next door is the Guest Bath with a large walk in shower. Off the Living Room, you will go through French Doors to reach the Den that houses a Queen sized sleeper sofa and TV. The 3rd Bath complete with a shower supports those extra guests. Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.

Waterside offers the best in amenities - you'll enjoy a large heated resort sized pool with pool house and spa that sit right on the Bay, walking trails along the Bay, private fishing dock on the Bay, private beach access, tennis courts, beautifully manicured grounds, a guarded gated entrance, a secured lobby with building elevators, and ample on site parking. The south bridge offers easy access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples.
