You are immediately struck by gorgeous view from the huge picture window and expansive glass doors - a panoramic view of the Gulf. The entire home is styled in an eclectic mix to suit the Florida lifestyle. The living room features comfortable couches and chairs. There's a large TV so you can watch your favorite show or a movie. There's also free Internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make dinner reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water.

Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a huge screened in lanai with breathtaking views of the Bay, Gulf and Island - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea air. The Master Bath has double sinks with an expansive vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower. The Guest Bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a Queen sized bed and its own TV. Directly next door is the Guest Bath with a large walk in shower. Off the Living Room, you will go through French Doors to reach the Den that houses a Queen sized sleeper sofa and TV. The 3rd Bath complete with a shower supports those extra guests. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Waterside offers the best in amenities - you'll enjoy a large heated resort sized pool with pool house and spa that sit right on the Bay, walking trails along the Bay, private fishing dock on the Bay, private beach access, tennis courts, beautifully manicured grounds, a guarded gated entrance, a secured lobby with building elevators, and ample on site parking. The south bridge offers easy access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples.
