Our host was very helpful and the property was beautiful. Right on the beach, easy walk with kids and the interior was very nice. Updated bathrooms and bedrooms, spacious family room, kitchen and dining area. The host even let us know that there was going to be a beautiful strawberry moon to see during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks Helen and we’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We do describe the suite as a separate apartment type space. It is within the breezeway and easily accessed at the bottom of our internal stairs or the stairs off the ocean deck. Many of our guests appreciated having a separate private retreat area and it is a unique offering.

Comfortable and spacious

There are so many areas to chill and take in the ocean breeze. The beds were comfortable and nice accommodations. The drive to St. Augustine was convenient and a nice private beach to have to ourselves. Thank you for a memorable 50th!

Peaceful recovery

It was truly a home away from home, with the ocean as backyard. Truly cozy home. Chris was great and took excellent care that we always felt at home. We definitely want to come back and recommend for an excellent vacation, with family.

Beautiful location

From the initial conversations (I had a LOT of questions, as this was my first VRBO rental) with the owners to to checkout, it was a great experience. The home is in a great location - in between Jacksonville and St. Augustine - right on the beach. It was nice and quiet, as we were looking for a place to relax without all of the hustle and bustle of the downtown and standard beachfront areas. I would highly recommend and look forward to booking this location again in the future!!

Beautiful home and perfect for our family of 8. Owners were very nice and responsive. I would note that one bedroom is detached (it was no issue for us, but not clearly stated) and the bedroom in the house with its own bathroom stayed much warmer than the rest of the house. But otherwise no complaints. We enjoyed our stay :).

Wonderful!

All Decked Out is an amazing home perfect for family! The owners quickly answered questions and provided more information. Having 2 laundry sets was so nice! Our family enjoyed being able to walk right out the backyard to the beach & ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific Family Getaway

Great house in great location. Everything was "as advertised" and better. It is evident that the property owners have taken great pride in the house. The house was well equipped with quality accommodations in every way. We spent most of the time on the back patio and on the beach. Chris, the owner, was available and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Luxurious Retreat on the Beach

What an amazing home with fabulous views and a private beach. It was everything that we had hoped for and more. It has great areas inside and outside where you can visit with your family and friends or find a place to read by yourself. Everything that we needed was there, including a well-stocked kitchen ready for any chef. All you need is the food. Thank you for sharing this home away from home. I can't wait until we can come again.

This was a awesome property decided to go somewhere else this year with the family on vacation and choice this property on arriving the area was awesome thought we where in the wrong area and the beach was awesome as well not crowed very private great neighbors as we are accustomed to very crowded beaches and the property manager was great answering any questions we had and communicating with us had a great time with kids and grandkids

We've rented several beachfront houses in South Ponte Vedra, and this was one of the best. The owner has done his maintenance, and it shows. Beachfront homes often suffer from salt corrosion to windows and doors, Serendipity does not. The doors open flawlessly and easily. The house is very-well stocked, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen appliances are high-end. And I can't say enough about how easy it was to communicate with the owner. Chris responded promptly to every text. The outdoor shower and dressing area were great, especially with our 6- and 8-year-old grandsons! It helped us keep sand out of the house. The screened porch was a favorite gathering place. The beds and bedding were top-notch; it was the best sleep we've had in memory! Definitely a 10 out of 10 for our vacation experience!

Amazing!

The property manager’s communication exceeded expectations! He was super responsive and kind. The photos were exactly like the house. It was beautiful and so was the view. The beach was very calm and clean. We overall had a great stay and the house’s floor plan was so cute and unique!

Appreciate your comments and happy to see you appreciated the floor plan. Our home is unique to the area in that there are multiple interesting outdoor spaces. Screen porch, eastern and southern decks, shaded deck area, and the observation deck. We hope to have you back in the future.
