Great family-friendly property!

We had two families of four with four kids (6-16) and had a great time! The pool deck was great and the lush plants provided extra privacy. The location was great, easy 10 minute drive to 5th street and 15 minutes to Naples beach. The neighborhood was quiet and made it feel like we in a very safe area. We'd absolutely come back!

Wonderful family vacation

We recently stayed here for a family vacation with my parents. It was the perfect setup for multiple families. The common living area is really spacious. We spent most of our time at the beach (about 15 min drive) but the pool was a great option for the kids. The hosts are super attentive and responded quickly. I would come back!

Excellent stay

Seldom happens that the reality is better than the online ad. We were nicely surprised to see that the house was much bigger than what we expected, and it was also spotless. Great location. Close to downtown, beaches, and bike paths. The managers were very responsive, although we actually didn't need much help because everything was well organized and simple to navigate. Our stay was just perfect. Thank you, Manuel and Alan!

The first house we staid at was very clean and plenty of room. Unfortunately the neighbor starting redoing there whole back yard. Resulted into us staying next to a active job sight. Our host was not aware they were going to start. He seamed like he really did care was truly sorry for the inconvenience. He ended up letting us upgrade to a new location and house just 2 miles away so that we could enjoy the rest of our stay. He took care of a very tough situation at a very timely matter. Would rent with this host again. Thanks!

Spacious Naples Home in Great Location - Some Updates Needed

This well-located 3-bed/2-bath home offers a bright, open floor plan with quality furnishings and beach-themed décor. The kitchen shines with new appliances and is fully equipped for cooking. The screened lanai provides privacy, though pool heating and cushion updates would enhance outdoor enjoyment.Location is excellent - quiet, friendly neighborhood within easy driving distance to Naples attractions. The garage is well-stocked with beach gear, and hosts Alan and Manuel were highly responsive.Room for improvement: uncomfortable bedding (firm mattresses/pillows) made sleep difficult, and some maintenance is needed (bike repairs, minor bathroom fixes, shade cleaning). The master bath area lacks any separation from the bedroom area.Despite these issues, the home's spaciousness, location, and well-appointed kitchen make it a good choice for Naples visitors. With updates to bedding and general maintenance, this property could easily earn five stars.

Quiet Getaway

This was a perfect house and pool for an Easter getaway from the cold north. The house was clean and had a great open concept with kitchen leading to the living room leading to the pool. It had a covered patio adjacent to the pool to keep out of the sun when it was hot. We would return!

Can't go wrong.

We just stayed for 2 months at this beautiful home. Like any rental there were things that needed to be addressed but Manuel was responsive and took care of all items. The home is comfortable, private, and has a great location. I highly recommend it

Schön eingerichtetes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr angenehmen Nachbarschaft in zentraler Lage. Der nächste Supermarkt ist drei Minuten entfernt. Dort ist auch ein guter Mexikaner, Taquos & Tequila. Die Einrichtung ist durchgestylt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Lediglich die Polster auf den Gartenmöbeln könnten eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beautiful place but a couple inconveniences

Place was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. I stayed with my 2 young daughters and were very comfortable, so overall really enjoyed our stay but had issues bc there was little to no air conditioning in the two rooms besides the master which was horrible at night and my girls and mom were so hot n couldn’t sleep comfortably. The other issue we had was that both my girls and mom slipped and fell several times on the backyard floor surrounding the pool when it got wet, and got hurt. Host was notified twice about these things and continuously denied that there couldn’t be an issue and just brushed me off which was upsetting but at the same time nothing could have resolved these things in the moment, but still would have appreciated some validation on these issues bc they were a real problem.

The home could use more towels . There were only 6 so we went to buy more . We did our best to abide by parking but two cars would not fit in the garage

Great house, great location, great owner

We have visited in Naples for the last 5 years and are never disappointed. This house was ideally located to all attractions, it was spacious and well equipped. The pool was a highlight. We'll definitely be back.
