Upstairs are 4 bedrooms: 1 with a king bed (2 twins), 2 with queen beds, and 1 with two singles, and a full bath with separate shower and clawfoot tub. Good yards space with a deck and charcoal grill. Nice intown location offers easy access to the Island Explorer & Beal’s Pier for seafood, half mile from the center of town for shops, restaurants, library…WiFi, MW, DW, W/D, HEAT (first floor only), (no use of fireplaces), DECK, CHARCOAL GRILL.
