Buis les Baronnies is a village located in Drôme Provençale at the foot of the Saint Julien rock and close to Mont Ventoux.
Beautiful new villa of 130m2 in peace enjoying a beautiful view of the Saint Julien. It remains close to all amenities, town center and supermarkets within 2 km (accessible on foot in less than 20 min).
Single storey villa with disabled access.
She is made of:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed of 160
- 1 bedroom with double bed of 140
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed
- a large living room of 50 m2 with TV lounge area (flat screen with orange box), a dining room and an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave ...)
- 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a washing machine
- a reading and games corner for children
- a large terrace with barbecue
- a secure swimming pool of 4m x 8m with IPE terrace, deckchairs and outdoor shower.
- a pétanque court.
Sheets can be rented for a package of € 50 for the 4 bedrooms, you can also request that beds be made for an additional package of € 20 for all beds.
At the end of the stay, a cleaning fee of 80 € will be applied.

Possibility of many walks, hikes, mountain biking, climbing or even VIA FERRATA for the bravest.

Maison à 20 min a pied de buis et très bien équipée

Cuisine avec beaucoup de place et d accessoires. Chauffage très efficace pour fin octobre. 20 min à pied pour chercher du pain au village de Buis-les- baronnies. La maison etant assez neuve, tout est bien fonctionnel et en bon état. De plus les décorations sont assez modernes et jolies. Rien a critiquer et je peux que vous conseiller.

Ren idyl... Super dejlig feriehus med det hele. Velfungerende og lydsvag aircon i hele huset. Flot pool. Hyggelig “deco” indretning. Dejlig rent og pænt. Huset ligger tæt på byen i et roligt kvarter hvor man kan trække sig tilbage og nyde stjernefulde aftener på den super hyggelig terrasse. Ikke langt fra fantastiske seværdigheder såsom Gorges du Toulourenq. Vi kan kun glæde os til at komme igen.

Amazing house in a beautiful area

The property was perfect, the children loved the pool, the house had lots of nice little touches and we had so much space too! Buis is a lovely town and is a perfect base (especially for cycling)

Perfect vakantiehuis

We zijn net terug thuis van een heerlijk vakantie van 2 weken in le Mas du Menon te Buis-les-Baronnies. Het huis is helemaal wat je verwacht van een vakantiehuis. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig bij aankomst. Het zwembad, de petanque-baan, het terras, de barbecue bieden je de mogelijkheid van volop van het mooie weer te genieten. Ook binnen is alles in orde met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een grote tafel (voor als de mistral het toch een beetje te bont maakt en je binnen wil eten), een knusse zithoek. Ook de slaapkamers en de badkamers zijn in orde. Er is voldoende opbergruimte voor je eigen spullen en kledij. Dat er airco was, vonden we ook erg aangenaam. Het huis is heel rustig gelegen en heeft een heel mooi uitzicht op de omgeving en de rotsen van Saint-Julien. Er is voldoende parkeermogelijkheid voor 4 wagens. Het is 15 tot 20 minuten wandelen tot in het dorp. We hadden ook een heel aangenaam contact met Natacha, die ervoor zorgde dat alles perfect werkte. Als we dan toch een klein puntje van kritiek geven dat gaat dat over de ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Deze zijn niet comfortabel en met maar 3 stuks wat te weinig, voor het aantal gasten dat het huis kan ontvangen. Maar verder was alles helemaal in orde.

Modern accommodation in great location

The villa is in a great location just on the edge of the town. Directions and instructions from Caroline were spot on and we had no trouble finding the place and getting into the property. The villa is very comfortable and spacious with all the appliances you need. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and tableware. The wifi connection is strong. The pool is a good size and there is also a marked petanque area. The town of Buis les Baronnies, about 10 minutes walk has a number of restaurants and bars and two supermarkets as well as the typical small local shops. We were in the area for cycling and this is a great area with rolling terrain. You are 14 miles (22km) from Malaucene which is the start of one of the three climbs to Mont Ventoux. Natacha came to meet us on the first day to make sure we were okay. We would stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back to this area. Tres bonne!

Une magnifique villa

J'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner avec des amies dans cette villa qui m'a tout de suite charmée: spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle, propre et avec une décoration soignée avec juste ce qu'il faut d'originalité. Tout y est très bien conçu, on s'y sent comme dans un cocon et on peut profiter de son séjour en toute quiétude. La piscine est un véritable atout supplémentaire et permet de lézarder au retour des balades dans les jolis environs de Buis-les-Baronnies. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir en famille ou entre amis!

Le Mas du Menon est un cocon de calme, de paix et de douceur pour qui souhaite se ressourcer, passer de bons moments, en famille comme entre amis en pleine Drôme Provençale. La maison est spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût dans cet esprit tendance familiale et moderne. Tout y est aménagé avec soin et ça fourmille de petits détails. La terrasse avec piscine est forte agréable et les alentours promettent de belles balades jusqu'à Buis-les-Baronnies, très beau village typique.

Un séjour parfait !

Dans le cadre d'un séjour entre copines, nous nous sommes retrouvées à 10 pendant un week-end dans cette jolie villa nichée dans un quartier calme et résidentiel de Buis-les-Baronnies. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, c'est propre et fonctionnel. La partie à vivre est très spacieuse et la partie nuit bien isolée afin que chacun ait son intimité. L'extérieur est également très agréable avec une piscine conséquente (que je n'ai pas pu tester à cette période mais qui me faisait vraiment de l'oeil). Je recommande chaudement cette villa qui permet de couper du quotidien et de profiter du calme et du soleil drômois !

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été séduits par les atouts de la maison, à la fois très fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Tout y est : le confort, l'espace, le calme, une ambiance très Deco, une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons autant apprécié l'extérieur (terrasse et piscine ensoleillées) que l'intérieur, agréable et de plein pied (un plus pour les personnes à mobilité réduite). Les environs sont aussi plein de charme, et l'accueil fort agréable. Merci !

Un lieu idéal pour un week end en famille ou entre copains. La maison est très lumineuse et très agréablement décorée. Il y a de nombreuses activités et de jolies promenades à faire pour profiter des paysages de la Drôme Provençale.
