Amazing stay, ideal location

It is a lovely property that’s located in a quiet area only a short walk from a beach that’s relatively low traffic with a restaurant and great views. It is only a short Uber drive into the city. Giving an ideal mix of fun and relaxation. The kitchen came with everything needed and there is a supermarket within walking distance. The owners were always contactable and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Nachdem die Unklarheiten mit der Adresse Dank eines tollen Uber Fahrers gemeistert wurden, erwarteten uns dreckige Aussenanlagen und ein dreckiges Haus.Der Pool war verschmutzt und der Skimmer mit einem Beutel verstopft. Auf der Terrasse lagen Müll und tote Kakerlaken. Die Terassentische und die Stühle waren dreckig.Im Haus war es auch nicht sauber. Der Kühlschrank und die Küchenschränke samt Geschirr waren verschmutzt, alte Lebensmittel standen in der Abstellkammer.Die Böden im gesamten Haus waren dreckig.Wir riefen die Vermieterin an, welche uns zusagte, dass Haus und Pool noch gereinigt werden. So verbrachten wir den Nachmittag im Haus um auf die Reinigung zu warten. Sie kamen erst um 20.30!Grundsätzlich ist das Haus sehr alt und abgewohnt. Die Betten sind unbequem, die Decken in den Bädern geschimmelt, die Zimmertüren lassen sich nicht abschließen und auch nicht wirklich öffnen, die Dusche ist undicht, die Rollos klemmen oder funktionieren gar nicht, der Gefrierer ist defekt Für mehr als 600 Euro die Nacht hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet und wir werden einen Nachlass bei Fewo direkt einfordern.

This Vila need a big renovation

Fantastic area, nice size on the house. But the swimming pool need a major cleaning. The doors was difficult to lock but the worst was the smell in the bathroom on ground floor. The bedrooms was nice but the best part is the outdoor area.

We have stayed many times in Portugal before and love around the Gale , Ghia area. This visit was for 4 days to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The villa was very central for what we wanted . The owners were nice to deal with but the property is very dated . We found Outside was not very clean and the patio area is very broken up . There was an infestation of ants on the patio area which I spent a lot of times spraying . The pool could have been cleaner , there was an awful lot of dirt on the bottom of it and the bbq had not been cleaned out after the last time it was rented . The property is a lot smaller and darker than it looks on the advert . The 2 bathrooms have been modernised but there was a damp smell from the wardrobes and the chest of draws in the room .we felt this property could do with a bit of work to make it more comfortable. It also lacks any privacy , if you sit on the patio everyone who passes can see in the gate also we couldn't lock the back gate when we left the property so we had to make sure we left nothing outside .it served its purpose for us but we wouldnt return to it unless it was upgraded .

Beautiful Villa in amazing location

We stayed at the villa for 3 nights, and it was perfect. The location is 2 mins from great supermarket and 3 mins from a great sandy beach (bars/restaurants). The villa itself is great for groups with accommodation split over two levels. It has lots of outside space including a great pool and BBQ area. The owners were quick to respond and we had no problems. Will definitely be looking to book again in the future.

Casa excelente e pessoas de referência

Casa muito simpática, bem decorada e com um espaço exterior muito agradável (recomendo uma visita ao terraço que fica por cima da casa que tem um vista muito bonita). A piscina é mesmo de água salgada e tem uma boa exposição solar. A casa fica muito perto da praia e o acesso é bastante seguro (para crianças). A informação fornecida pela anúncio era rigorosa a todos os níveis e os proprietários são de uma extrema simpatia. Recomendo.
