Perfect Location, Clean and Cozy
Our group reserved for 5 nights in September for the Ironman triathlon event. The house was the perfect home base in terms of location: easy walk or short drive to both Gerry Boyle Park and downtown Long Wharf and all restaurants. The owner provided a detailed and clear check-in list along with restaurant recommendations which was a thoughtful touch. The home and property was neat and clean when we arrived and had all the amenities of home, particularly the kitchen, which was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils since we planned to cook a couple meals in the house. The bedrooms/bath were well stocked with towels and soap/shampoo and the beds themselves were very comfortable. One of the best perks was the central air conditioning system for each of the 3 floors of the home. It was simple and easy to adjust and worked flawlessly. This was important because the week we arrived was very hot and humid. The neighboring homes (and the folks that live there) were also very friendly and quiet, which was the type of living environment we were hoping for in advance of the triathlon race. I would not hesititate to rent this property again if we return to Cambridge and I highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Cambridge area.

Wedding Weekend in Cambridge
Extremely comfortable house with a great layout and all of the accoutrements you will need. We like to cook. Grilled swordfish on the grill with cocktails on the back patio. Close to downtown and the shops, restaurants and brew-pub. We will be back. Thank you Neil!

Enjoyable Stay
Our family group of 11 stayed in this home in September. We had a wonderful visit to the Eastern Shore to connect with family and old friends. Having a big house like this made our stay very enjoyable. We loved having breakfasts together and enjoyed one dinner around the fire pit! Our grandchildren said the house was "humongous" and loved sleeping in the attic room! Thanks so much!
