Recovery room is a wonderful 1000 square foot A Frame. With a great beachy feel, spacious decks,6 person private hot tub and private in ground swimming pool you will recover quickly from life's daily stresses. The pool is 4 feet deep.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac nestled in the woods. Bring the kids or just your sweetheart, you can't go wrong at the recovery room.

This home is located in the North Gate and is excellent for Children as it is at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Two Levels and over 1000 square foot of decking allows both sun and shade through out the day. You also you may use the 2 car garage for your cars, motorcycles, etc... Bring your boat we have plenty of room in the driveway and the ocean pines ramp is less than a mile away...

Master Loft bedroom is located upstairs. The guest bedroom is located downstairs....

All dishware, cooking supplies, household cleaners, are included. We do not provide linens, however We do provide comforters, extra blankets, bath and beach towels, and bed pillows.

The resort of Ocean Pines offers several swimming pools ( 1 indoor) , golf,a private beach club,a boat ramp, a crabbing pier,several nature trails, fishing ponds, several parks, and so much more. Please visit their website for more details.

Your own private pool and hot tub is located in your own fenced back yard. The lower deck is also completely fenced as well.

Depending on the weather, We open the pool early May and we close the pool in September. Chemicals and pool cleaning items are provided. The hot tub is open year round.

Ocean City is only 5 miles away via Route 90.

This home is located in the north gate of Ocean Pines. It offers quick access to Route 90 and Ocean City. (Approximately 5 Miles)

We invite you to have fun, relax, light the tiki torches, fire up the grill and enjoy our Recovery Room.

For your added enjoyment we provide several beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, 2 surf boards, beach umbrella, surf rods, metal detector, cooler, 2 adult 12 speed bikes and 3 children bikes are included with your rental. Also included is a parking pass for the beach club. We also provide a crab steamer and and a Gas Grill.

Most Pets are allowed. We do charge a $175.00 pet fee per pet.

We love this rental! It truly is so peaceful. Everything is clean and there is so much provided that we didn't need to bring anything from home. When we had a slight issue, the owner was quick to respond and get it fixed. We wish we could spend all summer there!

Great vacation home

We had a really nice vacation. The house is lovely. We especially loved the hot tub and pool. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities: fishing, parks, trails and a great dog park. And only 5-10 minutes away from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Plus, we really appreciated being able to bring our furbaby (it wouldn't have been a vacation without her)!

Great in so many ways!

Such a great time! Location was perfect. Close to Ocean City, Assateague Island and downtown Berlin! The house inside and out had everything we needed! After a fun hot day at the beach it was great to come back to the pool, hot tub and decks to chill out and get cool. The house had all the amenities needed for our stay. Great, quiet neighborhood to enjoy a walk and relax!

Fantastic Stay!!

This property is a perfect getaway. Everything you need is at the home and the pool and hot tub are perfection for our family. My family has stayed here for many years in a row and we are never disappointed. Close to all the shopping, restaurants and the beach is a short drive. Having beach access is great!! Ocean Pines hidden gem!

The house was excellent. We stayed for two weeks. It was nice having your own pool and hot tub on days you just wanted to relax. Owners of the house were also great for communication and having everything for going to the beach right there at the house. House is perfectly located between Ocean City and Assateague Island.

Just what we needed at The Recovery Room

Our week at the Recovery Room was everything we hoped it would be! Cute house with all we needed for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool right in the backyard and the location in Ocean Pines was quiet/relaxed but close enough to Ocean City to get to all the activities there quickly. The Ocean Pines Beach Club pass was another perk of this house. Thank you Tim and Cheri for being amazing hosts!

Great Stay at the Recovery Room

We had a great stay at the Recovery Room in early August. We all enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The parking pass and beach club access was a hit too. Everything in the description listing is spot on. The house was very clean for us, and Tim's communication with us was A+. Tim and Cheri are great hosts. I would definitely rent again and recommend to anyone.

Perfect Home!

We love this home and this is our 4th year in a row. The owner is very responsive and answers all our questions during our stay. Our family loves the privacy with the pool and hot tub. We are less than a 10 minute drive to the beach - which you get to use a pass for parking. It’s perfect. If you are considering this home - book it! You won’t be sorry.

We had a great time. Owners were very responsive and very made sure we felt at home. The property was clean and very well equipped. The "Recovery Room" does live up to it's name. We look forward to returning soon ( when the wheather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool). P.S. The hot tub was great.

Great getaway

My husband and I took our 3 month old baby and we all had a great time. The house has a beachy feel to it and the backyard was beautiful. The pool was very convenient for the days we didn't want to take our baby to the beach. We had everything we needed at the house. The owner was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. They updated us on everything and were very accomadating. We will definitly like to return next summer.

Everything you could want or need

This home was amazing! A short drive to both Ocean City and Assateague Island, the owners provide everything you will need for an amazing day at the beach. There are an assortment of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, rafts and so much more. The only things we needed to bring was sheets, pillow cases, clothes, and food. We have rented multiple VRBOs and have never had a house so well stocked. The house was extremely clean and the pool and hot tub were a big hit after a day on the beach or boardwalk. I highly recommend this rental

Ocean Pines has many amenities which we enjoy, especially the beach club. When we are not Beach Bums we both work full time and have two wonderful boys. It is our desire to offer you a wonderful vacation opportunity. We include many items not found in other homes and hotels. Also you have your own in ground private swimming pool and hot tub . Why they chose this property

We purchased in Ocean Pines as we do not like the crowds found in Ocean City. We wanted a beach home that was in a safe and quiet location. Also we wanted a House not a condo which can cost a lot of extra money in fees. We enjoy riding our bikes around Ocean Pines, the waterfront is not far, and the parks are un crowded. The boat ramp is only a couple of minutes away as well. When we go to Ocean City we are only 5 minutes away and enjoy the Beach Clubs pool, showers, food bar, and ocean. Secrets night club is located directly accross the street from the beach club. Also for a couple of bucks we can leave the car at the beach club , grab the bus and go anywhere in oc. We also enjoy the abundance of wildlife located around our home, especially the birds.....

What makes this property unique

The decks are great as well as the in ground swimming pool and 6 person hot tub. We can always find some sun or shade when we are staying at the home. If you are a nature buff, birds, squirrls, butterflys are all plentiful. Our location is at the end of a culdesac which is both safe and quiet. The A frame style of the home is different than most other homes making it unique. Our home sits back off the road about 75 feet offering more privacy than many other homes. Also its location offers safe areas for our children to play as there is no thru traffic.

We include many items in your rate such as Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, cooler, and Beach umbrella. Bikes, surf rods, crab steamer, etc...
