In town Boyne City home that has been completely remodeled. Three bedrooms, two baths, granite kitchen with new slate appliances. View of Boyne River and just a short 5 minute walk to all Boyne City has to offer. Private patio area in back with gas grill. Washer and dryer available for use. Main floor has a bedroom with a queen. Upstairs has the master with a king and another bedroom with a queen. Pull out queen sofa in living room. Pets are negotiable and if approved an additional pet fee will be charged and a pet addendum will need to be completed.
