Serious owner rents very nice T4 of 95 M2 for 6 people. Stunning sea views in a quiet residence with a large pool.
Access to the residence and accommodation are adapted to people with reduced mobility.
You will have a private parking place and secure.
The comfortable apartment is located on the first floor with elevator, comprising:
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- living room of 25 m2 decorated in a "world design" style. It has plenty of storage space, a large TV and a sound cabinet.- 3 single rooms furnished as follows: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed for two people.- separate toilet- bathroom with a washing machine
The sandy beach is in direct access to 50 meters. The shops are located nearby. Pets are not accepted. Possibility to rent weekend out of season.
To make your stay more comfortable, you have the option to rent household linen (sheets, bath towels) upon request. Cleaning is optional and can be requested.

Nous sommes partis à 6, en famille : des adultes une ado de 14 ans. L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux pour que chacun ait son espace, tranquille, au plus proche de toutes les commodités. La clim, un vrai plus. Très bien équipé. La proximité piscine plage est formidable. Notre séjour a été tout simplement parfait avec un excellent accueil à notre arrivée. Merci !

einfach und schön

Wir blieben 2 Wochen mit der Familie in dieser schönen Wohnung direkt am Pool und am Strand. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick, sehr schön um zu Mittag- Abendessen oder einfach zum entspannen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung, was manche Leute vielleicht vermissen könnten besonders im Sommer. Sehr praktisch ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre in der Umgebung ist sehr angenehm. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden auf jeden Fall in Zukunft wiederkommen.
