Welcome to the Butterscotch Suite—a sunny Old Town condo with warm orange and golden yellow tones that create a cheerful, inviting atmosphere. This refreshed space features cozy queen beds, blackout shades, and thoughtful touches that make it an easy place to relax between adventures in Fort Collins.

Start your day with pastries from Bread Fellow and a walk through Old Town’s charming boutiques. In the evening, enjoy dinner at The Regional, sip margaritas on The Rio’s patio, or catch live music at Magic Rat.

This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 6 | Upper Level

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener

BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

A quick visit

This property is a perfect place to land for a quick weekend visit to Fort Collins. It is walkable to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, trails, etc. You can get to everything you might need from here. We have stayed at this property before and have always found the host to be very friendly and the property very clean.

Perfect Location

Fort Collins is beautiful. It was our first time there and we couldn't have picked a better location. Nestled right in Old Town and an easy walk into all the shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Excellent Location

After days of exploring Fort Collins and Rocky Mountain National Park is was wonderful to be so close to downtown. No need to get back in the car, it was a short pleasant walk.

Location was great! The apartment itself was small and needs some upgrades. The living room had an air conditioner, but the bedrooms did not. They also don’t have a recycling option and only a trash dumpster, which I found odd. (But the neighbors had recycling bins, so it is an option).

Place was very clean when arrived, we had one issue that was resolved very quickly. Location is perfect to walk to Old Town. Very quiet building. Would stay here again!
