About this property

CLEAN, QUIET, PRIVATE 3BR, 3 bath, Loft, private pool

Our home is a great value, super clean in a quiet and safe family oriented neighborhood, with all the amenities of home. It is conveniently located off 2 major freeways (I-10/202) for easy access to all parts of the Valley.

It sleeps up to 6 with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a loft that can be used as a 4th bedroom, includes a futon fold out couch.

Downstairs is the main living space with a family room that features a new wide-screen smart HD TV with DISH 200 satellite package. There is a Bluetooth Bose Soundtouch wireless speaker available for use as well.

The kitchen is well appointed with all the appliances needed for preparing meals at home, including a Ninja blender, rice cooker, toaster, coffee pot, (with coffee) George Foreman grill, tea kettle (with variety of teas) electric juicer, crock pot & bread maker. Includes pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, and most spices and herbs.

The dining area and adjacent bar seat up to 7.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with SmartTV and DVD player and is located between the dining area & living room.

Upstairs is a large master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bath, soaking tub, double sinks, and private patio.

The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and its own attached full bathroom.

There is also an open loft that overlooks the downstairs family room that includes a fold-out futon couch for an additional sleeping space.

There is plenty of closet space and storage throughout the house.

Washer & dryer in the garage, connected to house.

The backyard is very private with mature desert landscape, a covered patio, 5 ft. deep swimming pool (Not heated) a fire pit, and BBQ.

GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE PROPERTY.

Easy access to Spring Training stadiums, shopping (Chandler Fashion Center mall 5 min. away) & several restaurants, grocery stores and casinos all within 5-10 min. Both Phoenix Sky Harbor & Gateway airports are about 20 min. away.

Our home is not equipped for young children or toddlers, so please do not book with us if you have children under12 years of age in your group.

Guests let themselves in and out with a key-less entry pad, and we are available by phone or text
anytime of the day or night.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you break any of the house rules your security deposit will not be refunded.

The house was in great condition. It was clean and quiet as promised. The back yard and pool looked great, though we were only there at night when it was too cold to use them.I would highly recommend this property and the hosts were very accommodating.

Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Weather was chilly so we did not spend much time outside however the garden is well laid out with plenty of space and seating. Inside the house is well equipped with utensils and there is a lot of basic foodstuffs. Extremely handy. The owners were extremely easy to contact and prompt to reply. Good entertainment choice with several streaming options. Quiet neighbourhood but close to shops.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Hülle und Fülle in unmittelbarer Entfernung. Ich würde das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Chandler Getaway with quiet, private resort feel backyard

The location of this property is close to everything. It was clean, supplied well, and very comfortable for my hubby, twin 19 year olds and me-with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. But the ultimate thing we enjoyed was the backyard. The setting with palm trees, floral shrubbery, and the patio design around the pool was so relaxing. When we were at the home we spent most if not all of our time there. Including the evenings where we sat under the lights that were strung around the yard.

My name is Amber and I am the property manager. The owner's Ron & Gypsy raised their children in this home. They are now semi-retired, living in Hawaii most of the year, and are glad to let guests enjoy there beautiful house, yard and pool when they are away.

What makes this property unique

This home is very spacious, it is clean and bright, perfect for groups of up to 6. Three couples can sleep comfortably in the house and each couple can have there own private bathroom. The back yard is awesome, with a pool, comfortable patio seating, BBQ, fir pit, and outdoor dining for 6 you will spend all your time outside no matter the weather.
