About this property

Swan Cottage This is a Fantastic 4 bedroom 2 bath home and is the second house from the beach. We have a great open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table seats 10 and the kitchen has all dishware, pots, pans, utensils, and glasses you will need to create a spectacular meal or just Taco Tuesday. There is a screened-in porch with seating to take advantage of the Atlantic breeze or listen to the waves.
One bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV and a Jack-N-Jill bath that shares a bedroom with 2 twin beds. One bedroom has 2 double and full-size Jack N Jill bathroom that shares a bedroom that has a queen. This home has been updated and beautifully decorated and should appeal to everyone. The home also offers a large carport that can be converted into another seating area. NO SMOKING & NO PETSLinens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and coffee. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Accommodates 10NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Golf trip

Location was great for our golf trip. We needed to check in early and they made it happen. Place was ready to go and keys on the table. Nice place and great experience. Will rent here again
