Come stay at this lovely Victorian home converted into 4 units in the heart of downtown New Smyrna Beach. You'll love the tall ceilings and big windows allowing for ample light and flow in this space. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom, with a newly remodeled kitchen and private bathroom.

This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is ready for you to come and enjoy! The entire home has been remodeled keeping the charm and history of the house.You walk up the stairs that lead you to your bedroom with a queen size bed and separate dressing area. From there you walk through the hallway to your living room and straight to the eat-in kitchen which is very large with all new finishes and a 4 person table to enjoy your meals. There is also a bonus room at the end of the unit with a full size day bed for guests. The bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower and beautiful finishes!

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every one of our rentals are clean and bright and this home is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to bring just yourself and your suitcase. Their Service & Responsiveness is the BEST!

This unit is light, bright and spacious as well as convenient to the charming town of New Smyrna Beach. Beds and sitting areas are well-furnished and comfortable with a few reading or working books tucked in. The kitchen is fully functional with modern appliances and basic cookware. Great restaurants are within comfortable walking distances. Beaches are a short drive over the causeway. A good home base with lots of choices.

Poor Wi fi and internet service.. no lighting above kitchen sink. Air registers in ceiling were filthy. I had to clean them with vacuum. Chair in tv. Room way too big and uncomfortable for size of room. Might want to invest in a larger TV. Need black out shade's throughout.

Excellent location for the weekend. Very responsive when we had questions and needed some basics (towels and toilet paper). No “supplies” like previous rentals I have experienced. If you are going to cook, bring everything (salt, pepper, oil) you may need. But very convenient and very clean. Would stay again.
