140m2 house located at the end of a dead end, in a quiet area, 200m from the sea forum and the Coz Pors beach. The center of Trégastel is 3 minutes walk. The property benefits from an enclosed plot with large wooden terrace of 50m2 facing south, with barbecue, garden table and deckchairs available, a large garden of 600m2 as well as 3 parking spaces. Inside on the ground floor, a large living room with parquet floor of 40m2 with flat wall screen and internet / wifi, a large high-end kitchen including oven, micro, dishwasher, US fridge, a utility room with washing machine and dryer , as well as a master bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms, a shower room and separate WC. Everything you need for baby. Ideal for a relaxing family vacation. 18 hole golf course nearby.

AUTHENTIC BRITTANY

We've been coming to this part of Brittany for many years, but this was the best house we have stayed in. Lovely house - traditional Breton style but modern inside - big garden, and conveniently located: just 5 mins walk to centre of Trégastel, to Coz Pors and to Ile Renote. The owner and his parents were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful house near Tregastel centre and Coz Pors

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, with 3 double bedrooms a great kitchen, lovely large dining and sitting area and a large decking area and garden outside. One of the best houses i have stayed in, in 20 years of visiting Tregastel. It was a little tricky to find but when we found it, it is very quiet while being a short walking distance (about 5 mins) from the town centre, beaches and restaurants etc. The garden and deck is south facing and is sunny all day. The hosts were very helpful and easy to deal with - a beautiful house and a lovely stay! 🙂

Effet "Waouh" mais...

Les points positifs: - Emplacement. - Espace. - Calme. - L'attention pour notre arrivée (cidre, eau pétillante) Les points négatifs: - Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans les équipements, les serviettes ne sont pas fournies par défaut: Nous avons dû les demander et les avons eues dans l'heure - Ni jouets, ni livres, ni garage (pourtant listés dans Equipements) - Equipement cuisine: pléthore de verres, tire-bouchons et à l'opposé certains "basiques" manquent, exemple bouilloire, manique - Plaque de cuisson "bippe" régulièrement, et ce, même si elle est froide et qu'il n'y a rien dessus - Chasse d'eau des WC du RDC se re-remplit aléatoirement et ce, même si elle n'a pas été utilisée - Carrelage de la douche de la SDB du RDC se décolle au niveau de l'évacuation d'eau - Dans cette douche, au début de séjour, pour corriger le problème d'écoulement d'eau, j'ai dû retirer le filtre anti-cheveux du siphon pour retirer la saleté accumulée - Bulgomme / sous-nappe de la table de la salle à manger sale - 2 ampoules de lampe manquantes - Dans la chambre "violette", le vent s'infiltre sous la porte condamnée - Miroir de la SDB du 1er juste posé sans fixation - Plusieurs déjections (sèches) de chat dans le gazon - Electricité facturée en fin de séjour. Outre le flou juridique sur cette pratique, nous avons trouvé ce procédé particulièrement inélégant (d'où notre appréciation générale sévère) surtout lors d'un séjour à 230 euros la nuit (haute saison, certes)

Superbes vacances!

La communication avec le propriétaire était excellente dès la réservation. Nous avons été très bien reçus - merci pour l'adaptation de l'heure d'arrivée du au embouteillages - et passé trois belle semaine dans cette maison superbe très bien situé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la luminosité, l'espace, la propreté et l'équipement bien au-dessus du standard. On reviendras dès que possible.

Une semaine de vacances tout confort

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Tregastel. La maison est très agréable, moderne et bien décorée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Tout est accessible à pieds. Nous serons ravis d’y retourner.

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans cette maison, on se sent comme chez soi, c’est grand et très bien équipé. Le grand jardin est idéal avec des enfants. En plus la maison est bien placé près des plages et du centre-ville, on peut tout faire à pied...
