False advertising….and unhealthy conditions
There is not enough room here to describe the extent of our disappointment. There isn’t a zero star option as that’s what it deserves.
Firstly, it may be unhealthy to stay here. There is mold on the ceilings of both bedrooms and the living area. We have photos to prove it. The entire place is dirty from the lobby but in particular the unit itself. The walls look like someone intentionally scuffed them, the bathrooms were unclean and the soap dishes were scummy. Air conditioning was not functioning and the person who came to fix it never returned. The cushions in the pool area were moldy. The owner - who’s responses were completely unsatisfactory- claims this is all a result of the property being near the beach. It’s difficult to imagine a cleaning couldn’t solve most of these issues.
DO NOT STAY HERE!
I will be providing photographic evidence to the vendor to challenge for a refund. Completely unacceptable. We left and booked another location as we felt the conditions were unhealthy.
