A big living room / stay, an American kitchen, 2 rooms, of which one with a small terrace. Located on the path of customs, possibility of many walks from the house.
Many restaurants (in season from Easter) for all tastes and budgets, bars. Shuttle to get to Perros Guirec several times a day.
Non-smoking rental. No pets allowed.
No possibility of fire.
The villa is located in height and requires supervision for young children. The private parking is 60m from the house. 130m2 are available but some closets and rooms are closed because containing personal items.

Stunning views and location

Location could not be better. Amazing views of the bay and tidal fluctuations. Absolutely love this area of France and this is a wonderful area. Home was not for me, never felt comfortable or at home, rather an awkward home. Most Vrbo has some basics plus. olive oil some coffee etc. really appreciated the bottle of cider in the fridge to welcome. However for a week stay we need to rush out to get toilet paper, left just enough on a a roll For the two bath toilets. 1 tablet of dish washer soap, used sponge. While we at the beach - there were only two small hand towels. So we needed to go and buy towels to use. Very basic cooking, no bread knives or usable sharp knife, fortunately I carry a great pocket knife. Most kitchen cupboards has a red dot for owners use. In that lies the rub, eclectic array of art all over the place, lots of personal stuff - you know you living in someone’s home and the arrangement of the home makes you afraid of touching or using anything. The bedroom is upstairs, you given linen to make your own bed. The view is beyond breath taking, lovely balcony (no seating) and the most unfathomable is the bed. Instead of going to sleep and waking to this spectacular view. The bed has a high headboard and faces away from the view to look at a wall. Not to mention no cupboard space, hangers to unpack clothes. After 3 months traveling this was a half-way spot we wanted to relax. Love the area, love the view but the home was not a fit for me.

Sorry you don't have fully appreciated the house. Our tenants really enjoy the warmth of the house and feel good. It's a family house where we live also a part of year and as it's specified on the announce some cupboards are closed to store personal objects. On Abritel website there are photographs where you can see the arrangement of furniture and beds. Sorry you didn’t see all this before coming.

Wunderbare Lage

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage mit Blick über die Bucht von Ploumanac‘h. Trotz direkter Lage am Strand und am stark frequentierten Wanderweg entlang der Granitküste bekommt man die anderen Urlauber aufgrund der erhöhten Lage nur akustisch mit.Toller Garten, in dem man bei jedem Wetter den richtigen Platz findet

Etwas ganz besonderes...

Drinnen und draußen kann man diese wunderschöne Bucht genießen (ganz viele Panoramafenster). Gefühlt kann man vom Garten direkt in das Meer springen. Uns hat es noch besser gefallen, als es die Beschreibung erwarten ließ. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Verwalterin war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist komplett, es fehlt an nichts. Wunderschöne Aussicht, großer toller Garten und zwei schöne Sitzplätze. Tolle und charmante Einrichtung im Haus. Une maison de qualité dans un lieu exceptionnel

La communication pour la préparation et le suivi de la location a toujours été fluide et réactive. L'accueil très bien organisé. La maison est très bien aménagée. Le fait que certaines pièces soient condamnées n'est pas gênant, l'espace disponible est bien décrit et présenté en photos sur l'annonce. C'est un peu plus perturbant pour l'accès aux meubles dont un grand nombre sont fermés, mais on peut se débrouiller avec ce qui est disponible. C'est quand même une maison très joliment et confortablement aménagée, très lumineuse et largement ouverte sur un lieu unique. La vue est époustouflante. Le jardin autour est superbe. La rançon de la proximité de la plage et de ce lieu d'exception est l'éloignement du parking. Mais une place de parking privée à cet endroit est déjà un luxe. Pas vraiment de possibilité de faire des courses à pied à proximité, mais un choix de restaurants.

Panorama splendide

Maison familiale plein de charme : on s’y sent chez soi mais en mieux ! Panorama magnifique sur la plage de Ploumanach, maison les pieds dans l’eau, le GR 34 au bout du jardin et à proximité des restaurants. Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse entre amis : dépaysant et reposant. Nous remercions notre hôte de nous avoir prêté sa maison.

Une semaine de rêve!

Les grincheux diront qu’il manque quelques accessoires dans la cuisine (un micro-onde, un grand couteau, …) Mais tout le reste est vraiment tellement au top !!!

À l'extérieur, la vue est un tableau magnifique qu'on ne se lasse pas d'admirer à toute heure du jour et peu importe le temps et à l'intérieur les tableaux peints par la propriétaire, ainsi que la décoration font de cette maison un ravissement. Superbe séjour. Merci !

Il faudrait disposer d'un bip pour l'emplacement de la voiture, vraiment pas pratique de faire tout le tour.. Le jardin peu entretenu, le mobilier extérieur est très usé. Des vélos à dispo rouillés. La vue est magnifique

Le portail du parking privé s'ouvre avec le bouton poussoir de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur et l'accès à la maison (à 60m) se fait par un chemin piéton comme précisé sur l'annonce. C'est aussi ce qui fait que la maison est au calme. Le bois des tables de jardin est grisé cela est dû à la proximité mer, les fauteuils sont en très bon état. De la même façon quand on habite directement sur la plage les vélos rouillent rapidement. Désolée que la maison ne vous ait pas apporté toutes satisfactions...mais surprise par ces remarques.
