Rate is for 4 People. Additional guests are $20.00 per person per night. MAX of 6 People in Condo.

We DO NOT Accept reservations with less than 72 hours notice.

Make sure you read and understand the House Rules. These are NOT optional or Negotiable.

Clean and cozy waterfront condo located right in the heart of the Ozarks! At MM 21, enjoy the private deck with a beautiful view of the main channel and a grill or relax by the pool on a warm summer day. Take the kids to Big Surf waterpark, play miniature golf or ride the go-carts just minutes away. Take dad out for a day on the golf course at the top of the hill! Then sit down and have a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants that range from casual to fine dining. Onsite activities for the family include swimming in the lakeside pool, tennis, fishing off of the docks that are equipped with electricity and swim ladders. There is also a walking path along the water's edge!
If you decide to stay inside, you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Our very clean, tastefully decorated condo has ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and pull-out sofa, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV in the living room and all linens provided. In unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Boat slips are available for $15-$25 extra fee per night depending on size and availability. Please let me know if you will need one and what size of boat you have.. So, if you have a boat, go ahead and bring it down. We recommend using the ramp at PB 2. It is only 2.5 miles away and has plenty of parking for your trailer. Fees are based on your boat size. And if you don't have a boat, Aqua Toys Rental is located right next-door to the complex. This is one of the few 2-bedroom condos available at Heron Bay! We hope to be hearing from you soon so you can join in on all the fun at the lake!

Family time at the Lake

The condo was very clean and had a wonderful view. My family enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. The location is convenient to shopping and attractions within a few miles and minutes. Wes was always in contact and made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

Beautiful condo with awesome views of the lake!!

We rented this condo at the last minute for a short getaway and it was everything we could have hoped for. The condo was beautiful and has absolutely everything you could need. Very spacious/comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 6. It is easy to get to from the parking lot with just 1 short flight of steps. The views from the covered deck and master bedroom were simply amazing and we enjoyed a lot of time in the mornings and evenings on the deck! We even saw a sea plane land in the cove and dock and the dock right in front of us. Ours kids loved that! You will not be disappointed with this condo in any way! The communication was great and anything we needed/wanted was addressed. Wes made sure that we knew every detail so that there would be no surprises and made sure we knew that we could reach him with anything we might need during our stay. Thanks for a easy, fun getaway!

Amazing Place To Stay!!

This was one of the best vacation rentals that we have stayed in at Lake of the Ozarks. It was VERY clean and had all that we needed. The owner was easy to work with and was very nice. The condo has an awesome view and it is close to shopping and entertainment. We stayed for a full week and loved the place. We rented a slip that was right outside the condo from the owner. Having the boat within a few steps of the condo just make an already awesome place just that much better. In short, this place was everything that we hoped and more. If you are wanting a VERY clean place on the water that is near places to eat (by boat or car) with an amazing view this is it. This will be the place that we rent when we come back to the Lake of the Ozarks from now on.
