Small oasis in the heart of Mouans Sartoux
Bright villa of 120 m², ground floor on a plot of 700m2, quietly located in a cul-de-sac, swimming pool facing south, large shaded terrace under a vine pergola. Our little oasis will allow you to enjoy your stay in a place full of charm close to all amenities, and 200 meters from the center of Mouans-Sartoux.
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 sanitary, and an outdoor shower near the pool. A pleasant and bright living space open to the kitchen, with a large terrace shaded by a pergola with vineyards.
A 3.5x10 salt pool with a depth of 1m at one end, and 1.70m at the other end. A cloakroom is available next to the pool.
The pool is surrounded by terraces facing south and lots of greenery (olive, apricot, vines, bamboo) with sunny and shaded areas. You will find different dining and rest areas.
The villa was built in 2004, very high ceilings in the living room with exposed beams, warm and full of positive energy. It feels good and we sleep well.
The villa is secured by a fence that surrounds the entire property and an automatic gate. Two parking spaces are available for a large car and a small car.
The villa is located in a dead end of the alley of Roses, close to all amenities, with Biocoop, Botanic, Epicerie Boomerang, Auchan, Picard, pharmacies, restaurants (Le Sot leaves it, Le Petit Bouchon, Pizzeria Le Vieux Four , Glacier, Pub craft beer, etc.), shops, and bookstores. Market on Tuesday and Thursday. Vidal, local producer of fruit and vegetables ...
The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Beach 20 minutes, Nice airport 35 minutes.
The Old Village of Mougins is located at 5 minutes: one of the most beautiful villages of France .... picturesque ...., its breathtaking panorama and its restaurants, its art galleries.
The four golf courses known worldwide located between 5 and 15 minutes around the house: Royal Mougins, Mougins Country Club, Saint Donat Mouans Sartoux, Valbonne, Opio.
The village of Valbonne 10 minutes.
Our house is ideal for families with children.
Entertainment: Cinema La Strada, media library, castle park, petanque, and nearby Bois des Lutins (Villeneuve-Loubet), Marineland and La Petite Ferme (Antibes).
