Appartement tres bien située.

Accueil tres bien avec la personne qui nous ouvre. Communication avec le propriétaire tres réactif. Apparemment tres bien situé et bien équipé. Vue dégagée. Commerces à proximité. Vraiment bien. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Séjour détente plage

L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité de la plage. On ne peut pas faire plus pratique. Pas de climatisation mais comme il y a un balcon sur le devant et une terrasse sur l'arrière, possibilité de faire ventiler, et nous avons trouvé deux ventilateurs. Le seul bémol, l'été on est obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres et comme il s'agit d'une artère du centre-ville hyper fréquentée, il y a énormément de bruits de scooter, auto et ceci même la nuit. Par contre, le point positif de cette artère, est que nous avions tous les commerces en bas de l'immeuble y compris les spécialistes (dentistes etc), pharmacie, boucherie, boulangerie, casino, le petit marché. Malgré cette nuisance sonore, je recommande chaudement cet appartement. Il est vrai qu'on ne peut jamais tout avoir. La proximité de la plage et du centre-ville et le calme absolu.

Magnifique semaine dans un très beau cadre

Superbe séjour à Roquebrune Cap Martin. L’appartement est idéalement situé, grand, propre et très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Le balcon et la vue sur mer sont un vrai plus, tout comme la place de parking dans un box au sous-sol (pour voitures moyennes maximum, la descente est assez étroite). Cela nous a permis de privilégier les transports en commun, très pratiques (bus 100 entre Nice et Menton très bien). Le propriétaire est très réactif et l’arrivée et le départ se font sans encombres. Une adresse à recommander !
