About our house:

Each suite has its own personality and undeniable charm.

There are five individual bedrooms that can each sleep two in amazingly comfortable beds. The suites also offer two comfortable futon mattress hideaway cots (twin size), one double sofa bed, and one sofa. Cozy, heaven sent beds are important to us and you'll find memory foam, natural futon, and pillow top mattress with 300+ thread count all cotton sheets. Also four quality pillows on each bed and attractive coverlets and throws. All mattresses and pillows have hyper-allergenic and washable covers.

Our courtyard with a new plunge pool is now ready to cool you off in the summer beach. And we are just feet away from a safe swimming beach- tranquil waves, no seaweed, no undertow, a wonderful sandy bottom and no hawkers or large crowds.

La Penita is a charming and authentic, walkable Mexican town that welcomes visitors. Our neighbourhood has small cafes and bodegas and we are only 6 blocks from center of La Penita where you will find shops, markets, banks, restaurants and bars - just about anything you need. Several beach areas, including the nearby resort area of Guayabitos mean you don't need to leave the area to experience a perfect beach vacation. Or, use our quiet and private retreat as a home base to explore all that Riviera Nayarit has to offer: colonial buildings in nearby towns, surfing in Sayulita, jet-skiing, mountain drives, markets, ancient ruins, hot springs, volcanos, and miles and miles of beach. You can easily explore the other towns in the area.

Did we mention that you can walk everywhere in La Penita, and Guayabitos is only a 10-15 minute walk by with the beach and The Malecon, or by city streets. Bus, car, or taxi can take you anywhere on the Riviera Nayarit inexpensively.
