located on the mountainside was 5 KM from the sea and Roses with beautiful views of the Bay of Roses.
Large living room + dining room; kitchen, 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 3 toilets, 3 bedrooms open onto the terrace which is extended by a private pool of 12M 5.
There is also a mountain side terrace, north and thus the ombre- very pleasant in summer -
The house is near a town (7 minutes walk) with all facilities to supply.
Very open situation, panoramic views, quiet.

The house was even better then expected, great view, immense pool, nice garden, situated in a nice village, close to beaches. We had a perfect week!

A relaxed house in a great area with lots to do and see.

We enjoyed being at the house, using the pool and admiring the different views during the day. The location is super - easy walk to local shops, Roses less than 10 minutes away and some fabulous coastal scenery, (coves, walks etc) within a 30 min drive. Not to mention the inland towns such as Figueres with the amazing Dali theatre / museum. We enjoyed lots of good food and wine, both eating out and in. You just have to watch the weather for the strong, gusty winds that can blow with crystal clear blue skies. Overall a memorable visit.

Excellent property in great location

The property is well situated with excellent sea views and close to a pleasant village. Within a 5 minute walk is a bar and a restaurant and a bit further into the village are plenty more options. You can even walk behind the property to a chapel (40 mins) or monastery (90 mins) although the terrain is not easy.There are 4 well positioned bedrooms and 3 of them open on to the pool. As a bungalow if helps for those whose mobility is more limited.The owner was very helpful is responses. The property is well equipped. The final part of the drive is steep and a bit bumpy (not tarmaced). While we visited there was a heatwave but the windows (with fly nets) and fans kept us cool, of course places we visited with air-con were even cooler.There are plenty of beaches close by as well as cultural sites of the area.We have stayed in plenty of places and this is definitely one of the best!

Propriétaire très aidante, de bons conseils et à l’écoute. Situation particulièrement agréable car au calme et avec une vue superbe. Maison à la déco un peu datée mais très bien équipée. Juste qq suggestions d’amélioration : une poubelle adaptée aux nombres de locataires possible idem pour la Wi Fi. Enfin, et certes nous avons sélectionné cette maison en connaissance de cause, la Clim dans une région comme la Costa Brava, est qd même indispensable. Elle apporterait un gros plus à la location, en été pour le moins.

Quelle vue !

Une vue imprenable pour séjourner dans une magnifique maison très agréable à vivre. L'endroit est idéal, entre mer et montagne, au calme. Nous sommes tous conquis par cette location. Nous aurions juste aimé quelque chose : y rester plus longtemps ! Merci beaucoup pour les précieux conseils de la propriétaire qui est très disponible et à l'écoute.

Magnifique maison avec vue impressionnante

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette maison en ayant l’impression d’être loin de tout (calme et sérénité) et pourtant proche de tout aussi. La villa offre un grand confort, la propriétaire est aux petits soins et donne de bons conseils. Le décor intérieur est bien pensé et plutôt « vintage » (en dehors de la cuisine très récente). Excellente literie. Piscine et terrasse superbes. Aucun vis-à-vis et vue absolument incroyable ! Même si nous avons opté pour cette destination pour la chaleur du climat, la climatisation serait appréciable. Apparemment, la propriétaire a le projet de prévoir cet aménagement.

Super schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem schön eingerichteten Haus. Der Pool ist einfach super und die Kinder haben darin ordentlich Schwimmen üben können. Dadurch, dass man kaum Nachbarn hat ist es auch nicht schlimm, wenn die Kinder mal etwas lauter sind. Bei Problemen und Fragen hat Helene immer schnell geantwortet und geholfen wo sie konnte. Auch der Nachbarn war sehr hilfsbereit. Strände, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Mit größeren Autos sollte man nicht unbedingt die Kakteenauffahrt benutzen, aber es gibt glücklicherweise eine zweite.

Casa agradable con vistas fantásticas.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos dos familias con hijos jóvenes. Una casa muy agradable y cómoda. Es espaciosa y está bien equipada con todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y con barbacoa. La piscina y las vistas son espectaculares.

Ferienhaus Palau savadera in ruhiger Aussichtslage

The quite situated house with a very beautiful view over the gulf of roses gave us a feeling staying at a perfect place. The equipment is perfect and the terrace with the nice pool and the gas-grill are a perfect place to relax. In the morning and evening we enjoyed the great view having breakfast or dinner on the terrace. The surrounding is very interesting and we had nice trips and experience visiting villages, museums, monuments and a nice time at the beach . The landlord was very kind and helpful if there were any questions. We would like staying holidays at that lovely place again.

Haus mit schönem Pool und super Ausblick

Schönes Haus, fast genauso wie auf den Bildern (bis auf den Photoshop-Effekt ;)) super Pool mit genialer Aussicht. Sehr schöne Küche (die 2 orte, an denen man sich am meisten befindet). Coole Terrasse mit Luxus-Gasgrill. Lohnenswert ist auch die Wanderung auf den Berg zur Kapelle! Roses ist eine schöne Stadt, 10 Autominuten entfernt, mit sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schönem Strand. Auto ist allerdings Pflicht! Sehr gutes Restaurant ist das Terranova in 10min Gehminuten, sehr leckeres 3-Gänge-Menü für 23€. Aufpassen sollte man allerdings bei den kleinen Gassen und unebenen Straßen auf den Unterboden seines Autos.
