Beautiful ocean view condo on the beach w/ communal pool & hot tub

This two bedroom, two bath corner condo is right on the sands of Imperial Beach in sunny San Diego. The condo boasts stunning views of Coronado and the Downtown San Diego skyline. Enjoy the complex's pool/spa after a fun day at the beach, or get your workout in at the complex's exercise room. The flourishing neighborhood of Imperial Beach is teeming with restaurants and shops and just a short drive to San Diego's other vibrant neighborhoods. The world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Petco Park, Balboa Park and many other exciting attractions are 15 minutes away by car or uber. The unit is fully stocked with linens, pots and pans, and a keurig coffee maker. There are two parking spots in a gated garage with elevator access from the garage to the top floor of the building. Self check-in via a lock box allows for flexibility. ***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico’s water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

We just loved our stay on Mrs and Mr Buzzell's condo, it was over our expectation

The property is luxurious, so clean with all we need and more.... it is very comfortable .... the view is extraordinary..... we are near everything.and easy to go to Coronado and San Diego.... we had sunset everynight...beautiful....our son and his wife were like us.... enchanted of their stay....we hope to return someday.... we had a marvelous stay because of the comfort of the condo and the attention we received from Mrs. and Mr. Buzzell. We have recommended to our family and friends to go there and stay at their condo.... We are satisfied at 100%.

Lovely place at the beach.

The property was perfect for our needs. We were hosting several elderly family members. The one level condo and easy (though a bit of a walk) access to the elevator made their visits easy. The kitchen was well equipped. All went smoothly.

Wonderful Christmas

We traveled to San Diego to have Christmas with our family. This condo was perfect. The decor is up to date and the condo was clean. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. We hope to stay here again next year.
