Fabulous 6 BR/ 3BA House - SLEEPS 14 - Perfect for Extended families with two 1st floor bedrooms or for adult couples who want the best the Jersey Shore has to offer. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in the desirable south end of Point Pleasant Beach, you will have access to the private Elizabeth-Carter Association (10 beach badges), yet walking distance to Jenkinson's Beach. Has a fully equipped kitchen and a great backyard patio with ample seating for everyone.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS

We have always been proud of maintaining high cleaning standards for our guests. However, we are expanding our cleaning protocols to make you even more comfortable. Between stays, we will be cleaning all of the bedding, including washing blankets, mattress pads, and pillow protectors. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting countertops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We will also be disinfecting all of the doorknobs in the house. We trust these extra steps will give you the confidence that we are doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and safe. We look forward to hosting you.

2 KING BEDS / 3 QUEEN BEDS / 2 SETS OF BUNK BEDS

FIRST FLOOR LIVING SPACE:
We have an extra large and fully-stocked kitchen with all the amenities. The center island with sink gives you plenty of room to prepare meals or to dish out takeout from your favorite restaurants. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that will fit the capacity of the house. Then we have an extra large family room with plenty of seating to view the Samsung 65" Smart TV.

There are two nice bedrooms on the first floor - for those who do not want to climb stairs. Choose between the queen bedroom off the foyer that is graced with a beautiful fireplace, while the other bedroom has a nice queen bed.

Outside Common Area
The sliding glass doors off the dining area open up to the patio area. There is a good-size BBQ grill and large table with umbrella for your gathering. There is ample room for all the guests to gather round to enjoy the cool summer evening breezes.

SECOND FLOOR LIVING SPACE:
The Master Bedroom suite is extremely spacious with an elegant master bathroom shower and separate soaking bathtub. Lots of room in his/hers master bedroom closets too. And you have a gorgeous second floor balcony off the master bedroom suite.

The remaining three bedrooms on the second floor consist of one king bed, one queen bed and one room with two nice bunk beds. All together the 2nd floor will sleep up to 10 people in their own comfortable beds. Even the hall bathroom is very spacious with a shower and separate soaking tub.
