Studio mezzanine located under the roofs on the top floor of a building dating from the Middle Ages (beautiful facade from the 17th century).

Very bright 30 m² apartment (large windows and a velux window) benefiting from all the comforts of new with:

- equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes ...)
- Nespresso® machine,
- air conditioner,
- Italian shower,
- mezzanine bedroom with very comfortable 140 bed (luxury mattress topper).

Access to the mezzanine by a slightly steep staircase but with handrail and 12 m² attic room (between 1.20 and 1.80 m).
