Superb apartment completely renovated and comfortable for a stay near the beaches and amenities.

We are located less than 300m from the beach.
Modern and Camargue decoration with new and quality fittings.

Air conditioning, tv, dishwasher, hair dryer, washing machine, electric barbecue, free wifi...

Located at the end of a pedestrian street, quiet and close to a car park (free - this is not a private car park) this apparently in a small 2-storey building will provide you with all the necessary comfort for a stay in our seaside resort.

This accommodation located on the 2nd floor has a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with separate toilet. Enjoy a terrace with table and deckchairs.

BARBECUE AND WASHING MACHINE

Once your car is parked, you will have all the amenities nearby and within walking distance (beaches, shops, activities, restaurants, etc.)

Animal fees: 5€ per day
Mandatory cleaning fee: 50€
Linen optional and to be reserved in advance: 40€ for a double bed and 20€ for a single bed

Un beau sejour

Appartement très agreable et très bien équipé. Region magnifique . Nous avons loué des velos a cote de l' apartement et profité de la magnifique plage de l est quasi deserte apres 30 min de velo . Le seul petit bemol est le bruit de la rue certains soirs mais l'appartement est tres bien isolé.

Natur, Kultur und zuviel Menschen

Die von uns gebuchte Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen und entsprach genau dem Inserat. Die zentrale Lage war Fluch und Segen zugleich. In Straße, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, sind ca. 30 Restaurants, etliche Eisdielen, sowie manche Bars, in denen am Wochenende bis in die Nacht laute Musik gespielt wurde. Auf der anderen Seite hatten wir nur 150 m bis zum Strand, fußläufig alle Arten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist ein Bootsausflug auf der Petit Rhône, ein Besuch in Aigues Mortes und Arles. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war völlig in Ordnung.

Ankommen und sich sofort zu Hause fühlen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig aber trotzdem schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top , mitten im Geschehen und vieles zu Fuß erreichbar - Auto abstellen erfordert ein bisschen Geduld. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Apparemment sympathique idéalement situé

Logement très agréable, propre, bien équipé avec une literie de qualité et de grande taille. La climatisation est un plus mais aussi et surtout cette petite terrasse très sympathique et à l'abri des regards. Idéalement situé au cœur de ville et ses animations. Pourrait être gênant pour ceux qui veulent tranquillité tôt le soir car des groupes de musique jouent dans l'environnement proche. Tout redevient calme dès minuit et nous ça ne nous a pas dérangé car au contraire, perchés sur notre terrasse, cela nous plongeait dans l'ambiance festive. Conditions d'accès au logement simple, parking gratuit à proximité et propriétaire réactive à la moindre question. Bref une adresse à recommander.

Très joli appartement idéalement situé car en début de la rue des restos, sans compter que vous êtes à la plage au bout de cette dernière !
