Located on the 2nd floor of a 1900's converted farmhouse. Family friendly, Lg Yard Located on Rt 7, 1/2 mile north of Pittsfield line across from the lake. Just down the road from the entrance to Mt. Greylock and a 15- 20 min ride to most area attractions, Tanglewood, Clark Art, Berkshire Theater, Jiminy Peak and State Forest. We are also walking distance to the Lakehouse guest cottages If you are coming in for a wedding. There is plenty of parking, trailers ok. PETS OK!

Great location, plenty of space

Our friends got married at the Lake House Guest Cottages of the Berkshires. It was a 3 minute walk away. Could not have been more perfect. Would highly recommend.

Getaway to mountains

This very cozy apartment is perfect for long weekend getaway with your family. The place is clean, warm , plenty of space for 4 people and you can bring your pet ! It is very convenient if you decide to go ski in Jiminy Peak . It’s only 13 min drive. We loved it and enjoyed it . Had everything what we need it . Nadia with family

Why they chose this property

The space is a cute 4 room apt in a 1900 converted farmhouse. Full kitchen and bath, the Main bedroom has a new King size bed and room for air mattresses if you have extra guests. The living room has 2 daybeds, the small bedroom/office has a futon. We are Pet-Friendly. There is plenty of parking, so bring that boat and trailer. There is a grill and picnic table available in warm weather, and even a fire pit. The downstairs apt is also available as a vacation rental so if you have a large gathering rent both for family reunions and get-togethers.

What makes this property unique

Short drive to all Berkshire attractions, Rt 7 near LakeHouse, Restaurants. combine this space with downstairs and have a family reunion. Pets OK Contact for info.
