Holden beach, voted one of America's top ten family beaches. Channel home with private deep water boat dock, steps to the beach. This is where you can truly relax. No high rises, no traffic, no stoplights on the island. This is where my family and I relax. My home is on a deep water canal with dock--- Our home has 2 bedroom and 1 bath, kitchen and livingroom. There is 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a futon in the living room. Between $135-$200 per night per unit for weekly rentals depending on time of year. We only do weekly rentals from June1-August 31st. We will rent nightly in the spring and fall. (2 night minimum) We also have a lower unit on the same property. If you prefer no stairs or need extra space- Check out HomeAway #9352350

Our dock accommodates a 24 ft boat. Prior to rental please ask if dock is available.***

Location was phenomenal. The property owner was very communicative and checked in with us beginning, during, and end of our stay. There were bicycles and kayaks and beautiful dock to enjoy as the home was on the inlet waterway! We chartered a private fishing trip and the property owner did not mind the captain picking us up at his dock. Throughout our trip, the property owner was very accommodating to our needs. 100% recommend this VRBO.

This beach house is exactly what we needed for our weekend trip. It was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The house is a short walk to the beach, and the canal view is so relaxing. Enjoyed having our morning coffee on deck very quiet area! The host, Mr. Martin, was so accommodating and friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience! We will most definitely stay here again.

This is comfortable, nicely located beach duplex. You have a great canal view with a short walk to the beach! The back deck provides a comfortable place to relax and take in the canal view. The neighborhood was generally very quiet.

Loved this place!!

This place was very cute and perfect size for me and 2 others. It’s in a cool spot right on the channel and we were able to hang out on the dock/in the water with floats if we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The public beach access was only a short 5 min walk away. Joel was very attentive and helpful with check in and informing us about things to do. There were people in the unit underneath but they were very friendly and didn’t mind the company at all. 10/10 recommend!!

Fun-filled family vacation

The home is beautiful, the rooms are nicely decorated, my teenage daughter loved having a large bed and a bedroom all to herself. We had breakfast every morning on the porch overlooking the canal, it was so relaxing with the breeze, perfect to plan the day's activities. We bicycled up and down Ocean Blvd most mornings, from end to end, it seemed super safe to us, everyone was respectful of pedestrians and bicycles. The teenagers used the kayaks that came with the house and the paddle board we got for this vacation. The canals are a safe environment to let the kids enjoy the water independently. The owners were responsive to every inquiry my husband had regarding the location and operation of the laundry, the outdoor shower and even sent a handyman to tend to a malfunction of the dishwasher. The owners went out of their way to ensure we found their house's offerings were always in perfect order. We appreciated that high level of care. The location of this house is ideal for a variety of water sports, including fishing/crabbing from the house dock or fishing from the nearby spots just a few blocks away.

Our house has 2 completely separate units. We have an upper and a lower unit. Each sleeps 6. Each has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath , with a separate Livingroom and kitchen. You can rent both or just one.
