L'Horloge "We had a nice stay in Rennes. The location of the apartment was super central, but still very quiet. We didn't notice anything from the people outside or in the house. The staff at Agency Cocoonr were very friendly and accommodated our short-term inquiries. There were also good descriptions of where you could find things in the house and the surrounding area. However, when we arrived the kitchen utensils were dirty and there were used tea bags in the kettle. But overall we had a good stay."

L'Horloge "La location de cet appartement s'est bien passée, l'emplacement, le logement en soi, l'accueil et ensuite la réactivité pendant le séjour tout était excellente. En revanche je déplore la situation de l'immeuble qui est plutôt vide et trop anciens, du fait qu'on a eu notre deuxième nuit gâchée par le voisin du haut (qui semble pas être un locataire permanent) avec la musique et les bruits de gens mais aussi les bruits de pas qui font trembler notre appartement. J'ai appelé la police pour tapage nocturne plusieurs fois la nuit mais qui ne s'était pas intéressée par cette affaire soi-disant ""pas grave"" au vu de la situation dehors à Rennes, en me répondant que Rennes c'est la zone. Donc, pensez y que vous pouvez tomber sur un mauvais jour et gâcher votre séjour malgré l'excellence de l'appartement."

Salle de bain petite et ""bricolee"" : Vmc pleine de poussiere. Douche avec des joints pas bien finis. Bouchon de douche non fixé. Pas de porte serviettes. Vis à vis avec les appartements donnant sur la cour. Porte d'entrée très ancienne ne donnant pas un sentiment de sécurité. Télévision placée sur le côté suite à intervention car ne fonctionnait pas lors de l'entrée."
