Very comfortable flat ideal for a stopover in Rennes for a few days or several weeks for small groups of 2 to 4 people (2 separate bedrooms, one with a sofa bed): family, colleagues, friends.
Located on the 9th floor of an emblematic building in the Bourg-LĂ©vĂȘque district of Rennes, built by the famous architect Georges Maillols, you will also have a private outdoor parking space for your car. A luxury in the city centre!
Large, modern and bright flat, with parquet floors (carpeting in the bedrooms), very well laid out and perfectly equipped. Large and pleasant kitchen with all the necessary and even the superfluous, spacious living room, dining area, two bedrooms, beautiful bathroom, separate toilet. Balcony, parking space. Le TrĂ©gor "Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet , ist gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet . Sie hat einen fantastischen Blick ĂŒber die Stadt und in den Sonnenuntergang!
Allerdings ist sie etwas hellhörig zum Treppenhaus hin und das Hochhaus wirkt relativ unpersönlich.
Abgesehen davon ist es aber eine traumhafte Unterkunft . Die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt und von der Unterkunft aus kann man die Altstadt gut zu FuĂ oder mit dem Bus erreichen.
Wir hatten tolle 3 Tage in Rennes und kommen gerne wieder.

We waited 45 minutes after our arranged time to be greeted but the person didnât even know where the car park entrance was or how to open the door. It all took 1.5 hours. At check out we were approached by the cleaner in the car park to tell us to check out an hour earlier than was on our booking. Nobody spoke English so it was difficult to communicate.
