Ironwood 2988 gives families and ski groups a quiet, tree-lined townhome with room for nine across three easy levels. Three bedrooms and three full baths keep everyone comfortable.

Everyone lands in the vaulted great room first: sofas around the gas fireplace, a long dining table for group dinners, and a kitchen with stainless appliances and stools where the kids can snack while dinner comes together. Grandparents will appreciate the main-floor bedroom and full bath; parents can claim the upstairs suite with its picture window, double-vanity bath, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The lower level is the kids' kingdom: a bedroom with two log-frame single beds and a trundle, a den with a futon and TV for cartoons or video nights, and the laundry that keeps ski gear turning over all week. Out back, the private hot tub is the family meeting spot after a day on Keystone's slopes, snow piled on the fence rails and stars overhead.

We loved the location. We could walk to the river just a few minutes way and continue down a path to the village, The beds were all comfortable and hotel-like and everything was very clean and well stocked. Any minor maintenance issues that came up were promptly responded to. We would definitely recommend!

Family Vacation in the Mountains

Great time with Son and his wife, Daughter and her husband and kids. Saw a Moose, Bear, Fox and Chipmunks right outside our townhouse. Great time fly fishing and hiking... And enjoying the cool temperature. The townhouse was very comfortable for all and management was very quick to answer any questions we had.

damage to certain items from previous tenants. Management was made aware. Nothing that effected our stay, just thought for the premium price, and premiere location it would have been a little better. Also Trash dumpster were overflowing so i assume there was an issue with the waste management company.

Wonderful location and property!

Will definitely be going back! Location is great and close to many necessities. Shuttle is right in front. property having a garage, hot tub, working station were all a plus. Host was responsive if we had a hiccup

Long weekend family getaway

Enjoyed the place for a family getaway. Location is close (7 min walk) to mountain house base area. Plenty of space for 2 families (4 adults / 4 kids). Fully finished, appreciated amenities. Kitchen nicely updated, bathrooms are dated, but functional. Overall enjoyed our experience and would recommend.

Close to the slopes!

Nice property and location. Somewhere on the listing it mentioned ski in/ski out. This was close to the slopes but I think that is a bit misleading. The code for the property did not work and we arrived around midnight...that was frustrating. The night person was able to get us in remotely but it wasn’t until we had to call the next day that we got a “master” code to use for our stay. I would have appreciated that code the night before when we called and couldn’t get in. That being said, the staff was great and very helpful! Nice property!

Family Christmas Get-together

Three families spent four nights in this very comfortable townhouse. We made family dinners three of the four nights including Christmas dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The dining room table worked for the eight of us once we discovered the folding chairs. Los Locos served the family well on the night out. Each family had its own sleeping quarters--the one with two kids getting the bottom level. The hot tub was popular with all. I didn't realize how close the townhouse is the the Mountain House base--hardly worth waiting for the bus. River Run is nearly as convenient. Ice skating at Dercum Square was popular as was Keystone Lake. Too bad the business base at the lake appears to be eroding. We made the short drive to the Nordic Center for tubing. It's a very pleasant and relaxing area. In short, the townhouse was just what we wanted. Its location is perfect for skiing Keystone and as a base for those skiing Copper or A Basin (Ikon areas). Parking at the townhouse worked out well since we brought only two vehicles. One had the garage and the other the driveway.
