The house is split into two different areas: an upper floor and a ground floor. In total the house has 6 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 3 downstairs) and 5 bathrooms (3 upstairs and 2 downstairs). There is also a toilet inside the laundry room that can be used when you are relaxing on the outdoor terrace. Traditional Tuscan architecture, characterized by terracotta floors & exposed wooden beams is common throughout. Because the farmhouse can be rented also as two separate units the two floors are totally self sufficient with their own fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, laundry rooms, etc. Perfect for a large family or two families traveling together as it guarantees a sense of communal living but also some privacy.
Come and enjoy the 'Dolce far niente' - the sweetness of doing nothing by grabbing a book, cooking up a meal & playing some chess or cards. Alternatively use this as a base for countless day trips to explore Tuscany & beyond.
