WELCOME TO YOUR MOUNTAIN RETREAT!

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo is located in the heart of River Run Village, in the Expedition Station Building, just a short walk away from the River Run gondola, and the Summit Express lift, and all of the restaurants, bars, grocery, and shops the village has to offer.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a set of queens over queen bunk beds, with easy access to the hallway full bathroom. Warm your toes after a day of hitting the slopes by the gas fireplace, rest on the large wrap around couch, or enjoy cooking up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen complete with island. Check out the ski conditions in the morning by overlooking the trails off of your own private deck. Watch the kids ice skate from the deck on the ice rink located just outside the Expedition Station entrance.

Expedition Station offers a community pool, hot tub, and grill outside, as well as a pool table, common area, fitness center, and sauna inside. No need to worry about shoveling snow off your car! This unit has access to paid garage parking

Experience modern luxury at its best! This top floor condo underwent a $150,000 remodel with all new furnishings, fixtures, appliances, and décor. Upgrades include plank and tile flooring throughout, custom cabinets, quartz countertops, a large kitchen island, alder doors and trim, light fixtures, and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have been completely redone with new vanities, showers, and bathtubs with all new tile and fixtures. Unit features a private in-house stackable Washer and Dryer. The 15-foot vaulted ceilings, new HDTV and plenty of comfortable seating make the great room ideal for relaxing in style.

Great stay at Keystone

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Expedition Station in Keystone. We were within a 5 minute walk of the River Run Gondola, which was convenient for the Ski and Ride School drop off as well (located next to the gondola).

Fantastic location!

This property is so beautiful and so wonderfully located in the village of Keystone. We were able to walk to the gondola for our ski days. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed the outdoor fire pits in the village. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked to make meals. We enjoyed our stay!

This was just the most relaxing, well thought out vacation ever. Kids enjoyed the pool, pool table, playground, and numerous board games. The shops and restaurants being in walking distance was just the icing on the cake.

We had a great time!

Our stay was fantastic! It was so quiet and the perfect size for our family! Check in was a little confusing (probably totally my fault!) but overall I’d was beautiful, well stocked and everything worked great! Any questions I had while there were answered promptly! The view from all of our rooms was just a bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

Great apartment

Well kitted out and comfortable. Good location and easy walk to the slopes. Great to have parking space in the heated garage. Nice to overlook the ice skating. Decent selection of shops and restaurants. Beds comfortable but would say top bunk would not be suitable for adults!

Nice place

Remodeled condo Expedition station. PMI property management was excellent. Condo was “nicer” than many places we have stayed at keystone but comfort and practicality for a ski vacation suffers from a few remodel choices that were made. That being said, we would stay there again.

Winter Vacation

Had a great visit. The unit is sparkling and new. The view of the ice rink and partial view of the slopes really makes you soak up the winter mountain vibe. The beds were comfortable and no complaints. Fully stocked kitchen made staying in and cooking enjoyable. Will definitely be back soon!

Perfect retreat

This condo is beautiful and so clean. Everything you would need was provided. Plenty of room for the six of us and a fabulous location. The washer and dryer was so convenient to keep our ski gear clean and ready for the next day. Wee would definitley book again. Mom of 4 big kids!

Wonderful Stay

Our family just left from a wonderful week at this fantastic condo! I booked it originally mainly because of the laundry in the house, which was truly wonderful to have. But the entire place is fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. A warm place to come home to each evening. The location is perfect and the garage parking was a nice perk for winter time. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and I highly recommend it! We loved having a view of the ski slopes. And the corner location means lots of amazing views!

Great condo!

Had a very nice stay in this property during the week between the XMas and NYE. My wife and two teenage boys (14 & 16) had a very nice stay. The owner was very responsive prior to our arrival and during our stay. Everything was very clean, plenty of supplies, I never needed to ask the owner for anything. The ski equipment locker was a nice feature and the walk to the lifts was no problem at all. There are plenty of dining options and ski shops in the area. I would recommend the property

Just perfect

This unit had everything we were looking for and more. Location is right in the heart of River Run Village to walk to restaurants, shops, biking trails, and the gondola. The unit was clean, cozy and modern (view of the parking lot). We were able to get a parking pass for the underground garage which was nice also. Instructions for entry and checkout were sent electronically. The whole check in/out process was contact free with no additional stops to make. Great place! We would stay again.

Great location, upgraded furnishings

The location is perfect! The floors were still dirty when we checked in and the property manager was fairly rude when I called to request someone come take care of it. The cleaning person was surprised to see people in the unit which seemed odd, but the issue was resolved quickly. Attractive furnishings. I recommend packing eye masks, while the bedroom blinds are high quality, they're really more like shades and let in light from the parking lot and other buildings that the bedroom windows both face. Overall good stay!

We had some initial troubles with check-in (the lock box code didn’t work), but we’re able to resolve that with help from the management company. The emergency exit door on the floor was broken and being worked on, and so there was an chirping/alarm in the building hallway for the first two days, which was a bit annoying. Despite these things, the property is beautiful, we’ll-equipped and close to restaurants in the keystones village. It was a great space for our family of 4, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Great Value

The condo was nice and clean, great value for the money. We enjoyed the vaulted ceilings and views, only negative thing was the kitchen was missing a few items, knives had zero edge, and some cabinets needed some maintenance.... which is pretty common in any ski condo. It would have been nice to have a place center village away from the bus noise, but we knew this and chose to save $200 over 3 nights vs the cheapest 2BR place with the better location. It's just a 3 min walk to get there. Nice gym with dumbells and cable machines, in addition to the token treadmill, bikes and elliptical.

After a long ski season and a busy summer this fall we plan to embark on our annual maintenance routine. We will be sure to add the cabinets to our to do list and sharpen those knives! The condo is located at one of the main entrances to River Run Village and right above the putt putt golf (summer) / ice rink (winter) so the shuttle stop is nearby. In the summer when the windows are open you can hear the bus, fortunately in the winter with the windows closed you don't hear it. So glad you were able to take advantage of our lower summer rates and hope you will choose to visit in the ski season as well!

Family Reunion

The property is at a great location. It was beautiful and plenty of room for our family of 4. Some of the problems were, not receiving the code to the door in our directions. Thankfully the management company got the number to us right away. It was difficult to change the thermostat in the the room. I don’t think it was working at all. We opened the windows, but the windows had broken handles on some and were not able to fully open. The guest bathroom had a musty smell to it. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and accessories. It was very nice to cook there. The location was great because the Bacon Festival was On the property site. The small restaurants were also great around the village. Nice places to walk about.

Beautiful condo, LOUD building

The condo is even better in person than in the pictures. It felt like we were guests personally welcomed in someone’s home. Mgmt company was easy to interact with. The building itself was loud during our visit. We could hear people on other floors as well as our neighbors. May have simply been the time of year, but it was a nightly occurrence for our entire family to be awaken in the middle of the night (between 12:30AM and 2AM)with rowdy groups coming in/out. Nothing the mgmt company could do since each unit was independently owned/operated/managed, so we didn’t bother to call and complain. I’m glad we checked out before the weekend really kicked off. Can’t imagine how loud it would have been.

This property was nice. It photographed much larger than it actually was. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The dishwasher needed a specific type of rinse agent that was not supplied. There were two coffee makers but the large one had no filters provided. In both bedrooms, the closets were jammed with the owners belongings leaving no room for guest use. There was not enough drawer space in either bedroom. No place to store suitcases. We were here in summer, I can’t imagine what skiers with all of their gear would do.

Wonderful. We love!

The property was easy to find, the heated garage is wonderful. Being on the top floor was great. Nobody made noise above us. We could walk to the Summit Xpress chairlift and gondola. It’s about a 3 to 5 minute walk. The altitude of the place is great there’s always fresh snow. The skiing is wonderful. Bedrooms and beds great. Im 6’7” so a king bed is a must. The beds come with a layer of puffiness on top which we took off and so if you like really soft if you leave it on there if you like harder then take it off - just know that you have the option. Fireplace wonderful bonus. Clean! Barhrooms good sizes! Pleenty of blankets. Living room great to chill. Excellent huge sofa. No dirty carpets - all hardwood. Unit was immaculate. My wife stickler for cleanliness and she was happy Andrew
