THE LAKE
Little Sand Lake is an 80 acre all sports lake located near Grant, MI. There are kayaks, paddle boards and a paddle boat included with this rental. A 50 HP pontoon boat is also available for rent upon request. Guests may also bring their own boat(s) to use or choose to rent boats from a 3rd party. There is a public boat launch across the lake from the house.

Our large garage is packed with amenities designed for extended families. In the garage, you’ll find an 2nd full-size fridge and freezer, a wine fridge, plenty of outdoor and yard games, and a full game room with air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, and ping pong. It’s a great spot for friendly competitions and family fun, no matter the weather.

After a day on the lake, retreat into the living room and melt into the large sectional. As you watch the sun set over Little Sand Lake, you'll be just steps from the fully equipped kitchen. Complete with stainless steel appliances and massive counter space, the kitchen has everything you'll need to entertain any size group.

The master bedroom boasts a flat-screen Smart TV, private entrance to the main deck, and an en-suite bathroom.

Whether you choose to roast marshmallows on the fire pit or go for a walk around the lake, you're sure to make unforgettable memories! With a large yard, 2 decks and an open-floor plan, this house has several gathering spaces perfect for your large group including a pool table in the basement and a game room in the garage with a ping pong table, foosball table, and air hockey table.

Note: During the months of June, July and August this property has a minimum rental of 7 nights with a check in/check out day of Sunday.

SECURITY CAMERAS
The home does have outdoor security cameras. There are no indoor security cameras. There is a security camera located on the front door, near the main floor deck steps, facing the east driveway, facing the lake area and on the basement patio area. The hot tub is within the coverage area of the basement patio security camera. The cameras are for security purposes only and the surveillance data from the cameras is deleted when no longer needed.
