Great house

Nice layout lots of room. The house was very clean and well apportioned. Trudy was in touch if you needed her. The pool was refreshing and the backyard furniture was a delight. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

Awesome Weekend

We literally loved everything this house had to offer… from the cleanliness of the house, to the comfy beds, to the nice cool pool for that Arizona sun. We all really enjoyed our stay from the little to the oldest one of us. Thanks for making our last weekend before school a memorable one.

This property was exactly what we were hoping for! Very clean, quiet, and private. Anthony and Trudy were very attentive and checked in frequently to ensure everything was good. This property definitely exceeded our expectations! We cannot wait to come back!

R and R at the Havasu Retreat

We totally enjoyed our stay . the kids were in the pool within five minutes of dropping our suitcases. We Traveled to Havasu for Memorial Day Weekend , Our plan was to get to the lake early, but the home was so comfortable we took our time to get out on the water! It worked out perfect . We enjoyed the spacious and super clean home with abundant amenities. They did not skip a beat with making sure the home was stocked with everything you can think of For every age. .... just like home. We also utilized the personal Uber/Lyft services to get around town when my husband didn’t want to unhook our boat. Trudy was an awesome house manager. She helped us with ALL questions and concerns. Very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

Nice property

Had a great time. Very clean and spacious. Only down side was that pool was absolutely freezing. 😥 Talked to house manager and she said that they had just refilled before we got there. Was kind of a let down because we picked a house with a pool to be able to use it more. But all in all was a good experience.

We want you to feel confident that everything will be ready and waiting for your arrival. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood (off-the -beaten path) But yet close to fine dining, nightlife, car wash, boat, RV and ATV dealerships. Bashas Supermarket is just 2 blocks away.
In 2.3 miles you can launch your boat at the new Havasu Riviera Marina.
Hop on Hwy 95 and arrive at The London Bridge, downtown or just about anywhere in less than 5-10 min an avoid having to navigate through several homes and streets that populate the area.

What makes this property unique

Private back yard, two covered patios and large sparkling pool that is serviced weekly. Three king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, gives everyone plenty of space. Right side of garage is available to park in. Free Wi-Fi included. Cleaned from top to bottom between every stay and located within in serval businesses.
